Abstract
İbnü’z-Zübeyr es-Sekafî (öl. 708/1308) Endülüs’te yetişmiş, döneminin tefsir, kıraat, nahiv, hadis ve önde gelen fıkıh âlimlerinden biri olmuştur. Endülüs’ün farklı bölgelerinde ilim faaliyetlerinde bulunmuş, alanında kaynak niteliğinde eserler ortaya koymuş ve yetiştirdiği öğrencilerle İslam dünyasının ilmî mirasına önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur. Hak ve adalet söz konusu olduğunda cesaretli duruşundan taviz vermeyen İbnü’z-Zübeyr, yaşadığı dönemin devlet reisleri ve özellikle Ehl-i sünnet inancına aykırı olduğuna inandığı sapkın mezheplerle mücadele içinde olmuştur. Kur’ân tarihi ve tefsir ilminin önemli konularından olan Kur’ân sûrelerinin tertibine dair yazmış olduğu el-Burhân ve Kur’ân âyetlerindeki lafzî müteşâbihlik/benzerlik konusundaki özgün yorumlarını içeren Milâkü’t-Te’vîl eserleri ile kendinden sonraki âlimlere referans olmuştur. Bu çalışmada İbnü’z-Zübeyr es-Sekafî’nin hayatı ve ilmî kişiliği ele alındıktan sonra onun Kur’ân’daki lafzî müteşâbih âyetlerin yorumlanmasına dair yazmış olduğu Milâkü’t-Te’vîl eserindeki metodu, eserinde yer verdiği âyetleri değerlendirme yöntemi ortaya konulmuştur. İbnü’z-Zübeyr es-Sekafî lafzî müteşâbih âyetleri belli esaslar çerçevesinde yorumlamaya çalışmış, belli bir sebep ve hikmete bağlı olarak benzerliği bulunan, ancak farklı sûrelerde ve değişik lafızlarla yer alan âyetleri Kur’ân bütünlüğü bağlamında yorumlamıştır.

Abstract
Ibn al-Zubayr al-Sakafi (d. 708/1308) grew up in Andalusia and was one of the leading scholars of tafsir, qira'at, nahw (grammar), hadith and fiqh of his era. He carried out scientific activities in different regions of Andalusia, has produced works of reference in his field and has made significant contributions to the scientific heritage of the Islamic world with the students he has trained. Ibn al-Zubayr, who did not compromise his courageous stance when it came to rights and justice, was in a struggle with the heads of state of the period in which he lived and especially with heretical sects that he believed were contrary to the Ahl-i Sunnah faith. Al-Burhan, who wrote about the arrangement of suras of the Qur'an, which are important topics of the history of the Qur'an and the science of tafsir, and Milak al-Ta'wil, which contains his original interpretations on the literal mutashabih/similarity in the Qur'anic verses, has been a reference for later scholars. In this study, after the life and scientific personality of İbn al-Zubayr al-Sakafi, his method in the work of Milak al-Ta'wil, which he wrote about the interpretation of the literal mutashabih verses in the Qur'an, and the method of evaluating the verses he included in his work were revealed. Ibn al-Zubayr al-Sakafi tried to interpret the literal mutashabih verses within the framework of certain principles, and interpreted the verses that were similar depending on a certain reason and wisdom/hikmah, but in different surahs and with different words, in the context of the Qur'anic integrity.
