Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; Halk Eğitimi Merkezlerinde çalışmış sınıf öğretmenlerin yaşadığı sorunlar ve olası çözüm yollarını belirlemektir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yaklaşımı içerisinde yer alan fenomenoloji yöntemine göre desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu amaçlı örneklem seçme yöntemi içerisinde yer alan kartopu tekniği kullanılarak belirlenen 6 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler NVivo 9 paket programı yardımıyla içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak yorumlanmıştır. Verilerin analiz edildiğinde; Halk Eğitim Merkezlerinde çalışan öğretmenlerin ücretlerinin düşük olduğu, müstakil binalarının olmadığı, ısınma problemi yaşadığı, kursiyerlerin devamsızlık yaptığı, araç gereç eksikliğinin olduğu ve gelen ödeneklerin yetmediği gibi sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Çözüm olarak öğretmenlerin ücretlerinin iyileştirilmesi gerektiği, ihtiyacı karşılayacak özel donanımlı binaların yapılması gerektiği gibi sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada bu sonuçlara dayalı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
The purpose of this research; The aim of this study is to determine the problems experienced by classroom teachers who worked in Public Education Centers and possible solutions. The research was designed according to the phenomenology method, which is included in the qualitative research approach. The study group of the research consists of 6 Class Teachers determined by using the snowball technique, which is included in the purposeful sampling method. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool in the research. The obtained data were interpreted using the content analysis method with the help of the NVivo 9 package program. When the data is analyzed; It has been concluded that the wages of the teachers working in Public Education Centers are low, they do not have detached buildings, they have heating problems, the trainees are absent, there is a lack of equipment and the incoming allowances are not enough. As a solution, it was concluded that teachers' wages should be improved and specially equipped buildings should be built to meet the needs. In the study, recommendations were made based on these results.
