Ortaokul Öğretmenlerinde Örgütsel Güven ve Okul İklimi Arasındaki İlişkinin Belirlenmesi: İkizce Örneği

Abstract
Çalışan bireyler için çalışılan ortam, günün en çok zaman geçirildiği yerlerden biridir. Öğretmenler için bu ortam okul ortamıdır. Tüm örgütlerde olduğu gibi okul örgütlerinde de örgütün hedeflerine ulaşabilmek için üyelerin örgütlerine güvenmeleri ve verimli bir çalışma performansı sergileyebilmeleri için örgüt elemanlarının kendilerini mutlu hissedecekleri bir iklime ihtiyaç vardır. Ortaokul öğretmenlerinin algısına göre örgütsel güven ile okul iklimi arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yürütülen bu araştırma ilişkisel tarama deseninde gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Ordu ili İkizce ilçesinde görevli 72 ortaokul öğretmeni ile gerçekleştirilen araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Canlı, Demirtaş ve Özer (2018) tarafından geliştirilen “Okul İklimi Ölçeği” (OİÖ) ve Çalışkan (2021) tarafından geliştirilen “Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği” (ÖGÖ) kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların verdikleri yanıtlar parametrik testlerle analize tabi tutulmuş ve ortaokul öğretmenlerine göre örgütsel güven ile okul iklimi arasında pozitif yönde yüksek düzeyde ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The working environment for working individuals is one of the places where the most time of the day is spent. For teachers, this environment is the school environment. As in all organizations, in school organizations, in order to achieve the goals of the organization, members need to trust their organizations and in order to perform an efficient work performance, there is a need for a climate in which the members of the organization will feel happy. According to the perception of secondary school teachers, this research conducted to examine the relationship between organizational trust and school climate was carried out in the relational screening pattern. “School Climate Scale” (SCS) developed by Canlı, Demirtaş and Özer (2018) and the “Organizational Trust Scale” (OTS) developed by Çalışkan (2021) were used as data collection tools in the research conducted with 72 secondary school teachers working in İkizce district of Ordu province in the 2022-2023 academic year. The answers given by the participants were analyzed with parametric tests and it was concluded that there is a positively high level of relationship between organizational trust and school climate according to secondary school teachers.
