Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, İstanbul ili Kartal ilçesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin diğer öğretmenlerle ve okul idaresiyle olan ilişkisinin öğretmenlerin okul iklimi algısına etkisini incelemektir. Tarama modelinde olan bu araştırmada katılımcılar, İstanbul ili Kartal ilçesindeki ortaokulu, köy ortaokulu ve imam hatip ortaokullarından toplam 21 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında ilgili araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilecek bir yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır.
Araştırma sonuçları; okul ikliminin öğretmenler için “ okuldaki enerjiyi ve sosyal ilişkileri, etkileşimli iletişimin olduğu bir ortamı ve kurumla çalışanların uyumlu olduğu, okullarda genel olarak hakim olan iklimin sıcak ve samimi, mutlu ve huzurlu, uyumlu ve aile sıcaklığı içerisinde olduğu, okullarda öğretmenler arasındaki ilişkiler sıkı ve kuvvetli ve işbirliğinin, sevgi ve saygının hakim olduğu, okullarda herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşıldığında sorunların genellikle uyum içerisinde ve çözüm odaklı olarak çözüldüğü, okullarda yeni gelen öğretmenlerin samimi ve sıcak bir şekilde karşılandığı ve okullarda okul ikliminin geliştirilesi için sosyal etkinlikler düzenlenerek, anlayış, yardımlaşma ve empati ile hareket edilmesi gerektiği anlaşılmaktadır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the relationship of teachers working in Kartal district of İstanbul with other teachers and school administration on teachers' perception of school climate. In this research, which is in the scanning model, the participants participated in a total of 21 teachers from the secondary school, village secondary school and imam hatip secondary schools in Kartal district of İstanbul. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used to collect the research data. Content analysis and descriptive analysis were used in the analysis of the research data.
Research results; For teachers, the school climate is “energy and social relations at the school, an environment with interactive communication and the employees with the institution are harmonious, the climate prevailing in schools is warm and sincere, happy and peaceful, harmonious and in family warmth, the relations between teachers in schools are tight and strong. and cooperation, love and respect prevail, when any problem is encountered in schools, problems are usually solved in harmony and solution-oriented, new teachers are welcomed in a sincere and warm way, and social activities are organized in schools to improve the school climate, with understanding, cooperation and empathy. It is clear that action must be taken.
