Eğitim Yönetimi Alanında Örgütsel Adalet Konulu Yüksek Lisans Ve Doktora Tezlerinin Betimsel İçerik Analizi

Abstract
Örgütsel adalet, kavramı her meslekte olduğu gibi, kamu çalışanlarını da etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın ana amacı kamu kurumlarında örgütsel adalet ile ilgili yapılmış çalışmalar içerik analiz yöntemi ile incelenerek, kamu kurumları içerisindeki yerini farklı değişkenler ile ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada YÖK tezde Türkçe olarak yayınlanan toplam 33 yüksek lisans ve doktora tezi çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma Microsoft Excel programında gruplandırılarak analiz edilmiştir.
Araştırma sonucunda örgütsel adalet ile ilgili yapılmış çalışmaların çoğunluğunda örgütsel adalet algısının düşük olduğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract
The concept of organizational justice, as in every profession, affects public employees as well. The main purpose of this study is to examine the studies conducted on organizational justice in public institutions with the content analysis method and to reveal its place in public institutions with different variables. In the study, a total of 33 master's and doctoral theses published in YÖK thesis in Turkish were included in the study. The research was grouped and analyzed in Microsoft Excel program.
As a result of the research, it was found that the perception of organizational justice is low in the majority of the studies conducted on organizational justice.
