Branş Öğretmenlerinin Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Yönelik Duygunluklarına, Tutumlarına ve Mutluluklarına Yönelik Görüşleri

Abstract
Bu araştırma, branş öğretmenlerinin öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik duygunluklarına, tutumlarına ve mutluluklarına yönelik görüşlerini tespit ederek, öneriler getirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Araştırmaya Eskişehir ili Odunpazarı ilçesinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı liselerde çalışan 10 branş öğretmeni katılmıştır. Bu araştırma veri toplama yöntemi olarak yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulama sonucu betimsel analiz yöntemi sonucu oluşan nitel bir araştırmadır.
Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin, öğretmenlik mesleğini yapmak istedikleri, öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin yeni bir bilgiyi öğrenmesinden ve beceri kazanmasından mutlu oldukları, öğretmenlerin, mesleklerini her geçen gün daha çok sevdikleri ve önemini daha çok kavradıkları, öğretmenlerin, öğrenci hakları ve öğrenci psikolojisi konularında çok duyarlı oldukları ve izlenen eğitim politikasının öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik olumlu tutumlarını geliştirmek için uygun olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
This research was carried out to determine the opinions of the branch teachers about their emotions, attitudes and happiness towards the teaching profession and to make suggestions.
10 branch teachers working in high schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education in Odunpazari district of Eskişehir province participated in the study. This research is a qualitative research that is formed as a result of descriptive analysis method as a result of application of structured interview form.
As a result of the research, the teachers wanted to do the teaching profession, the teachers were happy that the students learned a new knowledge and gained skills, the teachers loved their professions day by day and they understood its importance, teachers were very sensitive about student rights and student psychology. It has been determined that the education policy is not suitable for developing the positive attitudes of prospective teachers towards the teaching profession.
