Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı okul müdürlerinin ilk yıl deneyimlerini incelemektedir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ve durum çalışması deseninde yürütülen bu çalışmaya ilkokul ve ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan toplam 9 okul müdürü katılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarının belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından ilgili alanyazına ve araştırmanın amaçlarına uygun olarak hazırlanmış yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, okul müdürlerinin ilk yıl deneyimleri incelendiğinde karşılaşılan yönetsel sorunlar; Okul kültürü oluşturamama, iletişim sorunu ve kabul sorunudur. Okul müdürlerinin pozisyonlarındaki ilk dönemlerinde hizmet öncesi eğitim eksikliğinin sebep olduğu sorunlar olarak mevzuat eksikliği, iletişim yetersizlikleri, planlama ve koordinasyon eksikliğidir. Eğer hizmete başlamadan önce hizmet içi eğitim verilmiş olsaydı buradaki hataların çok daha az olması sağlanmış olurdu.
Okul müdürlerinin pozisyonlarındaki ilk dönemlerinde eksik hizmet içi eğitim sürecinin okul müdürlerinin yetkinliği üzerindeki negatif etkisi olduğu, bunların yönetimsel sorunlar ortaya çıkardığı, okulun ihtiyaç ve eksikliklerini tamamlamada zorluk çekildiği ve veli iletişimine negatif etki ettiği anlaşılmaktadır. Hizmet içi eğitim eksikliği için iletişim ve mevzuat alanında hizmet içi eğitim verilmesi gerektiği anlaşılmaktadır.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the first year experiences of school principals. A total of 9 principals working in primary and secondary schools and high schools participated in this study, which was carried out in the qualitative research method and case study pattern. Easily accessible sampling, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used to determine the participants of the research. In the collection of research data, a semi-structured interview form prepared in accordance with the relevant literature and the objectives of the research was used by the researcher. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data.
According to the results of the research, when the experiences of the principals in the first year are examined, the administrative problems encountered are; Failure to create a school culture is the problem of communication and acceptance. The problems caused by the lack of pre-service training in the first periods of school principals' positions are lack of legislation, communication deficiencies, planning and coordination. If in-service training was given before starting the service, the mistakes here would be much less.
It is understood that the inadequate in-service training process had negative effects on the principals 'competence in the first periods of the school principals' positions, they created administrative problems, had difficulties in completing the needs and deficiencies of the school and had a negative effect on parent communication. It is understood that in-service training should be provided in the field of communication and legislation for the lack of in-service training.
