Abstract
Bu çalışmada, ortaokul öğretmenlerinin yöneticilerin liderlik davranışları öğretmen görüşlerine dayalı olarak değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tarama modelinde olan araştırmanın çalışma gurubunu İstanbul ili Büyükçekmece ilçesinde bulunan ortaokul yöneticileri ve yönetici yardımcılarıdır. Araştırmanın Çalışma Grubunun 87 kişiden oluşmaktadır.
Araştırmanın verileri, “Liderlik Davranışları Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Veriler, SPSS 15.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Okul yöneticilerinin ve yönetici yardımcılarının görüşlerine göre, Okul Yöneticilerinin Liderlik Davranışlarına ilişkin görüşlerin çözümlemelerinde ve değerlendirilmesinde frekans (f), ve yüzde (%) istatistiklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Yöneticilerin, konusundaki düşüncelerinin; yaşa, Cinsiyete, Mesleki Kıdeme ve görev statüsüne göre ve hizmet içi eğitim alıp almamalarına göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğinin tespiti için ise t testi, Varyans Analizi ve ANOVA analizi uygulanmıştır.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlere göre okul yöneticilerinin liderlik davranışlarının belirlenmesinde değişiklikler yapmaya isteklilik, işleri yönetirken herhangi bir kimseye açıklama yapma gereği duymama, tüm çalışanların kişisel sorunlarıyla ilgilenme, işle ilgili konularda çalışanlara danışmadan harekete geçme, yeni fikirleri çabuk kabullenme, çalışanlara arkadaş gibi davranma davranışları üzerinde yoğunlaşma görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak ele alınan çalışma grubunda otokratik liderlik tarzı uygulandığı görülmektedir. Değişkenlere göre, eğitim düzeyine, yaşa, cinsiyete, medeni duruma ve hizmet içi eğitim alıp almamaya göre anlamlı farklığın olmadığı görülmektedir. Yöneticilerinin liderlik tutumlarına karşı olumlu cevaplar verdikleri sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, it was tried to evaluate the leadership behaviors of the managers of secondary school teachers based on the opinions of the teachers. The study group of the research, which is in the scanning model, is secondary school administrators and assistant administrators in Büyükcekmece district of İstanbul province. The Study Group of the research consists of 87 people.
The data of the research were collected with the “Leadership Behaviors Scale”. The data were analyzed using SPSS 15.0 statistical software. Frequency (f) and percentage (%) statistics were used in the analysis and evaluation of the opinions of the School Administrators' Leadership Behaviors according to the opinions of the school administrators and the assistants. Managers' thoughts on their subject; t test, Variance Analysis and ANOVA analysis were used to determine whether they differ according to age, gender, professional seniority and job status, and whether they receive in-service training.
According to the results of the research, according to the teachers, the necessity requirements for the use of the leadership behaviors of the school administrators, the need to explain to another person while managing the work, to deal with the personal problems of all employees, to start without consulting the work related to the work, to accept new ideas quickly, to behave like comments to the employees. concentration time on. He concluded that his managers gave positive answers to their leadership attitudes.
