Abstract
İlkokullar okul öncesi eğitim almadıysa çocuğun aile dışındaki ilk resmi eğitim kurumudur. İlkokul sadece bilgi ve beceriler edinilen bir kurum değil çocuğun her alanda başarılar elde etmesini sağlayan bir sistemdir. Çocuğun sosyalleşmesinde oldukça önemli bir basamak olan ilkokullar uzun süreler boyunca öğrencileri bünyesinde barındırır. Bilgi çağında teknolojinin ve internetin yaygınlığı ile çocuklar pek çok sesli, eğlenceli, hareketli, ışıklı uyaranların etkisi altındadır. Bundan hareketle geleneksel öğretim yöntemine bağlı olarak ders işlemek çocukların dikkatini canlı tutmakta sorunlar çıkarabilmektedir. Günümüzde geleneksel yönteme alternatif pek çok çağdaş öğrenme öğretme yöntemi kullanılmaktadır. Zengin içeriği ile bilgisayar destekli öğretim çocukların dikkatini canlı tutan, bireysel hızına bağlı olarak ilerlemesine yardımcı olan bir çağdaş model olarak anılmaktadır. Çalışmada ilkokuldaki derslerde öğretmenlerin bilgisayar destekli öğretim modeli kullanması yer almaktadır. Araştırmada bilgisayar destekli öğretim modeline yardımcı donanımlar, bilgisayar destekli öğretim programları, bilgisayar destekli öğretimde öğrenme-öğretme kuramları, bilgisayar destekli öğretim modelinin faydaları, bilgisayar destekli öğretimin sınırlılıkları, bilgisayar destekli öğretimle ilgili çalışmalar ve ilkokulda bilgisayar destekli eğitim öğretim uygulamaları başlıkları ele alınmıştır. Araştırma sonuç, tartışma ve öneriler ile sonlandırılmıştır. Teknoloji bilinçli kullanıldığında öğrenenin bilgiyi yapılandırmasına en büyük yardımcı iken bilinçsiz kullanımında bireyi kendine esir ederek sosyal yaşamdan koparan bir tehdit olabilmektedir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin bilgi okuryazarı olarak öğrencilerinin bilgisayardan nasıl yararlanacaklarına ilişkin rol model olması okul çocuklarının çağın hastalığı internet bağımlılığına kapılmalarına da engel olabilir. Bilgisayar destekli öğretimin her yönüyle ele alındığı çalışmanın alana katkı sağlaması umulmaktadır.

Abstract
Primary schools are the first formal educational institution outside the family if the child has not received pre-school education. Primary school is not just an institution where knowledge and skills are acquired, it is a system that enables the child to achieve success in every field. Primary schools, which are a very important step in the socialization of the child, include students for long periods of time. With the prevalence of technology and the internet in the information age, children are under the influence of many audible, entertaining, animated and light stimuli. Based on this, teaching lessons depending on the traditional teaching method may cause problems in keeping children's attention alive. Today, many contemporary learning and teaching methods are used as an alternative to the traditional method. With its rich content, computer-assisted teaching is known as a contemporary model that keeps children's attention alive and helps them progress depending on their individual pace. The study includes teachers' use of computer-assisted teaching model in primary school lessons. In the research, the titles of auxiliary equipment for computer-assisted instruction model, computer-assisted instructional programs, learning-teaching theories in computer-assisted instruction, benefits of computer-assisted instruction, limitations of computer-assisted instruction, studies on computer-assisted instruction, and computer-assisted instructional practices in primary school were discussed. The research was concluded with conclusion, discussion and suggestions. When technology is used consciously, it helps the learner to construct knowledge, while in unconscious use it can be a threat that enslaves the individual and detaches them from social life. The fact that classroom teachers are information literate role models for how their students will benefit from computers may also prevent school children from falling into internet addiction, which is the disease of the age. It is hoped that the study, which deals with all aspects of computer-assisted teaching, will contribute to the field.
