Abstract
Tükenmişlik çalışanların iş ortamına karşı negatif duygular içinde olması şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Bireyler çalışma ortamında yaşamış oldukları çeşitli olumsuz durumlar karşısında çalışma ortamına yönelik negatif duygular içinde olabilirler ve bu durum çalışanların performansları üzerinde olumsuz bir etkiye sahip olmaktadır. Çalışanların sahip olmuş oldukları çeşitli olumsuz durumlar doğrultusunda yöneticilerine ve iş arkadaşlarına yönelik olarak tutum ve davranışlarında negatif durumlar söz konusu olabilir. Bu araştırmanın amacı kadın sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik algılarının tespit edilmesidir. Araştırma kadın sınıf öğretmenlerinin farklı demografik özelliklerine göre tükenmişlik algılarının tespit edilmesi adına önemlidir. Araştırma açıklayıcı ve tanımlayıcı tiptedir. Araştırmanın evrenini kadın sınıf öğretmenlerinin oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında kadın sınıf öğretmenlerinin araştırma ile ilgili gerekli bilgiler verilmiştir. Veri analizinde SPSS paket programı kullanılmıştır.

Abstract
Burnout is defined as the negative feelings of employees towards the work environment. Individuals may have negative feelings about the work environment in the face of various negative situations they have experienced in the work environment, and this situation has a negative effect on the performance of the employees. There may be negative situations in the attitudes and behaviors of the employees towards their managers and colleagues in line with various negative situations they have had. The aim of this study is to determine the burnout perceptions of female classroom teachers. The research is important for determining burnout perceptions of female classroom teachers according to different demographic characteristics. The research is descriptive and descriptive. The universe of the study consists of female classroom teachers. In collecting the data, necessary information about the research of female classroom teachers was given. SPSS package program was used in data analysis.
