Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin Eğitim Bilişim Ağı kullanımına ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi ve programın değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Eskişehir ili Tepebaşı ilçe merkezinde okullarda görevli 12 okul yöneticisidir.
Nitel araştırma yaklaşımı doğrultusunda tasarlanan bu araştırmada “içerik analizi” yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; okul yöneticilerinin mevcut uzaktan eğitim sistemi (EBA)’yı , verimli buldukları ancak eksik yönlerinin de fazla olduğunu, uzaktan eğitim sistemi (EBA)’nın eksiklik olarak internet altyapısından kaynaklı bağlantı sorunları ve internete erişim sorunu, maddi sorunlar ve sistemsel sorunlar olduğu, MEB’in uzaktan eğitim sistemini (EBA ve EBA Tv) öğretmenin derse gireceği zamanı seçme özgürlüğü tanıyacağı, fırsat eşitsizliğini giderecek ve herkesin ulaşabileceği şekilde, yerli bir yazılım üzerinden gerçekleştirilmesi ve karşılıklı soru cevap şeklinde derslerin işlenmesi gerektiği şekilde tasarlaması gerektiği görülmektedir.

Abstract
This benefit is the disapproval of the Education network of school administrators and the evaluation of informatics. Scanning model was used in the study. The study group of the research is 12 school administrators working at schools in the Tepebaşı district center of Eskişehir.
In this research designed in line with the qualitative research approach, "content analysis" was made. According to the results of the research; School administrators find the current distance education system (EBA) to be efficient, but it also has many shortcomings, that the distance education system (EBA) is connected to the internet infrastructure and internet access problems, financial problems and systemic problems. It is seen that the distance education system (EBA and EBA TV) should be designed in a way that the teacher will give the freedom to choose the time to enter the class, eliminate the inequality of opportunity and be accessible to everyone, and should be designed in a way that the lessons should be taught in the form of mutual questions and answers.
