Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı covid-19 sürecinde öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik algılarının tespit edilmesidir. Nicel araştırma olan çalışmanın evrenini ilkokul öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma XY öğretmenle yapılmıştır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerine bağlı olarak tükenmişlik algılarının farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Bu durum farklı demografik özelliklere sahip olan öğretmenlerin işlerine yönelik tutum ve beklentilerinin benzer olduğunu göstermektedir. Öğretmenlerin kamu hizmeti çerçevesinde üstlenmiş oldukları sorumluluklar tükenmişlik algılarının azaltılmasında önemli bir faktör olarak görülebilir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine teachers' burnout perceptions in the covid-19 process. The universe of the study, which is a quantitative research, consists of primary school teachers. The research was conducted with teacher XY. Data were collected with a semi-structured interview form. When the findings obtained as a result of the research were evaluated in general, it was determined that the burnout perceptions of the teachers did not differ depending on their demographic characteristics. This shows that teachers with different demographic characteristics have similar attitudes and expectations towards their jobs. The responsibilities that teachers undertake within the framework of public service can be seen as an important factor in reducing their burnout perceptions.
