Abstract
Eğitim ve öğretim faaliyetlerinin vazgeçilmez unsurlarından biri olan öğretmenlerin, her alanda olduğu gibi eğitim alanındaki yeniliklerden ve gelişmelerden etkilendiği görülmektedir. Pozitif psikoloji kaynaklı gelişen iyimserlik temelli akademik iyimserlik kavramı, yeterlik, akademik vurgu ve güven bileşenlerinin karşılıklı ilişkisel yapısı altında gelişmiştir. Öğretmen ve okul bağlamında incelenen akademik iyimserlik kavramının özellikle öğrencilerin ve okulların akademik başarıları üzerinde etkili olduğu bilinmektedir. Pek çok alanla ilişkisel olarak ele alınan akademik iyimserlik algısı, bu çalışmada daha çok okul ve öğretmen akademik iyimserliği çerçevesinde incelenmiş olup, konu ile ilgili mevcut alan yazın bağlamında literatür taraması şeklinde kavramsal bir çerçeve sunulmuştur.

Abstract
It is seen that it is affected by the innovations and developments in the field of education, as in every field, which is one of the indispensables of education and training. The optimism-based concept of academic optimism stemming from positive psychology has developed under the generally relational structure of competence, academic emphasis, and confidence boundaries. It is known that the concept of academic optimism, whose teacher and school frameworks are examined, is especially effective on the academic success of students and schools. The perception of academic optimism, which is considered in relation to many fields, has been examined within the framework of this thinking, mostly school and teacher academic optimism, and includes a framework that shapes the current field type literature principles on the subject.
