Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, eğitim örgütlerinde görev yapan eğitim çalışanlarının psikolojik şiddete maruz kalma düzeylerini saptamaktır. Bu araştırmanın evrenini 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılında Konya ili Meram İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı olan resmi okullarda görev yapan eğitim çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise Meram ilçesinde bulunan eğitim örgütlerinde görev yapan 90 eğitim personeli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada ölçek olarak kullanılan anket iki ayrı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; eğitim çalışanlarının cinsiyeti, yaşı, medeni durumu, kıdemi, görevi ve eğitim durumu gibi demografik bilgileri yer almakta; ikinci bölümde ise Leymann (1996) tipolojisi üzerinden araştırmacı tarafından uyarlanan otuz sorudan oluşan beş boyutta toplanmış psikolojik şiddet algı ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçek ile elde edilen bilgilerin analizinde SPSS paket programından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada frekans, yüzdelik, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, T testi ve ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular sonucunda; Meram ilçesindeki eğitim örgütlerindeki görev yapan eğitim personellerinin ankette yer alan davranışlara genel olarak maruz kalma düzeylerinin çok düşük düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Yine araştırmada cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılık olmamakla birlikte, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, yaş, kıdem ve kurumdaki görev değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öneriler sunulmuştur

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the level of exposure to psychological violence of education staff working in educational organizations. The universe of this research consists of education staff working in public schools affiliated to the Meram District National Education Directorate in Konya in the 2014-2015 academic year. The sample of the research consists of ninety educational staff working in educational organizations in Meram district. The questionnaire used as a scale in the research consists of two separate parts. In the first part; demographic information such as gender, age, marital status, seniority and education level of education staff are included; In the second part, the psychological violence perception scale consisting of thirty questions and collected in five dimensions, which was adapted by the researcher based on the Leymann (1996) typology, was used. SPSS package program has been used in the analysis of the information obtained with the scale. In the research, Frequency percent, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T test and ANOVA test have been used. As a result of the findings obtained from the research; It has been determined that the level of exposure of the education staff working in educational organizations in Meram district to the behaviors included in the survey is at a very low level. In this study, although there is no significant difference according to the gender variable, significant differences have been found according to the variables of marital status, education status, age, seniority and duty in the institution. Suggestions were presented according to the results of the research.
