Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı illkokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin internet tabanlı uzaktan eğitime ilişkin özyeterliliklerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 182 öğretmen katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. örneklemini ise 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılı 1. döneminde Karadeniz Bölgesinin bir ilinin ilçelerinde yer alan ilkokullarda görevli görevli öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; öğretmenlerin yarısından iyi düzeyde bilgisayar kullandıkları, öğretmenlerin büyük bir çoğunluğu bilgisayarı eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinde kullandığı, öğretmenlerin büyük bir çoğunluğunun bilgisayar sahibi olduğu, öğretmenlerin büyük bir çoğunluğunun okulda bilgisayar kullandığı, öğretmenlerin çeşitli programlar kullanarak video düzenleme konusunda başarılı kullandığı, öğretmenlerin bilgisayar ortamında öğrencilerin aktif olarak katılabilecekleri yarışmalar düzenleyebildiği, öğretmenlerin kazanımlara uygun web sayfası hazırlama konusunda büyük çoğunlukla yetersiz olduğu, öğretmenlerin grafik tasarım konusunda büyük çoğunlukla yetersiz olduğu, ve öğretmenlerin bilgisayar kullanım ve edinme becerilerinin bilişim teknolojisi destekli materyal tasarlama ve kullanmaya yönelik öz yeterliklerini olumlu yönde etkilediği görülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to examine the self-efficacy of teachers working in primary schools regarding internet-based distance education. Descriptive survey model was used in the research. 182 teachers participated in the research. Questionnaire form was used as data collection tool. The sample consists of teachers working in primary schools in the districts of a province of the Black Sea Region in the 1st term of the 2022-2023 academic year.
According to the research results; More than half of the teachers use computers at a good level, the majority of the teachers use the computer in educational activities, the majority of the teachers have computers, the majority of the teachers use computers at school, the teachers use various programs successfully in video editing, the teachers can actively participate in the computer environment. It is seen that teachers can organize competitions, teachers are mostly insufficient in preparing web pages suitable for learning outcomes, teachers are mostly inadequate in graphic design, and teachers' computer use and acquisition skills positively affect their self-efficacy for designing and using information technology supported materials.
