Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı gelecekte eğitimin nasıl olacağına dair öğretmen görüşlerine göre belirlemektir. Bu anlamda öğretmenlerin gelecekteki eğitimin nasıl olması gerektiğine dair görüşlerine yönelik bilgi edinebilmek için nitel araştırma yöntemi benimsenmiştir. Araştırma deseni olarak nitel araştırma desenlerinden temel yorumlayıcı nitel araştırma deseni kullanılmıştır. Basit tesadüfi örnekleme metodu ile 14 kişi öğretmen araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ve 4 açık uçlu sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri analiz edilirken nitel veri analiz yöntemlerinden betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre: Gelecekte eğitim ile ilgili sorunlar eğitimin teknolojiye uyum sağlayamaması, öğrencinin eğitime ilgisinin azalması, göçten kaynaklanan sorunların ortaya çıkması, fırsat eşitsizliğinin artması, öğretmenlik mesleğinin olumsuz etkilenmesi, eğitim politikasının oluşturulmaması ve öğrencilerin sosyal ve duygusal sorunlar yaşaması şeklinde özetlenmiştir. Yaşanan/yaşanması muhtemel sorunların çözümü için ise; eğitimin yeniden yapılandırılması, eğitimin teknolojiye uyumunun sağlanması, öğrencinin motive edilmesi, eğitim bütçesinin artırılması, uzman kişilerin istihdamı ve proaktif tutum sağlanması şeklinde öneriler getirilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine how education will be in the future according to teachers' views. In this sense, qualitative research method was adopted to obtain information about teachers' views on how future education should be. Basic interpretive qualitative research design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used as the research design. Fourteen teachers were included in the study with simple random sampling method. In this study, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher and consisting of 4 open-ended questions was used as a data collection tool. Descriptive analysis method, one of the qualitative data analysis methods, was used to analyze the research data. According to the results obtained from the research: The problems related to education in the future are summarized as the inability of education to adapt to technology, decreased student interest in education, problems arising from migration, increased inequality of opportunity, negative effects on the teaching profession, lack of educational policy, and social and emotional problems of students. For the solution of the problems experienced/likely to be experienced; restructuring of education, adapting education to technology, motivating students, increasing the education budget, employing experts and providing a proactive attitude were suggested.
