Okul Öncesi Eğitimde Görev Yapan Öğretmenlerin Motivasyon Düzeylerinin Çeşitli Demografik Faktörlere Göre İncelenmesi

Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı, okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmen motivasyonunu etkileyen faktörleri tespit etmektir. Tarama modelinde olan araştırmanın örneklemini Adıyaman İli Gölbaşı ilçesindeki okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında çalışan 85 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır.
Araştırma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde araştırmanın problemi, araştırmanın amacı, önemi ve temel kavramların tanımları, ikinci bölümde kavramsal çerçeve , üçüncü bölümde araştırmanın modeli, veri toplama araçlarını, elde edilen verilerin nasıl analiz edildiği yöntem bölümü; dördüncü bölümde araştırmada elde edilen bulgular ve yorumlar; beşinci bölümde ise sonuç ve öneriler kısmı yer almaktadır.
Araştırmanın Verilerinin analizi SPSS 22 programı ile yapılmış ve %95 güven düzeyi ile çalışılmıştır. Analizlerimizde nitel (kategorik) değişkenler için frekans analizi yapılmıştır. Nicel değişkenlere ait minimum, maksimum, ortalama ve standart sapma gibi betimleyici istatistikler verilmiştir. Motivasyon Ölçeği ve alt boyut puanlarının demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterme durumu ise Bağımsız Gruplar t ve ANOVA testleri ile incelenmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine the factors affecting the motivation of teachers working in pre-school education institutions. The sample of the research, which is in the scanning model, consists of 85 teachers working in pre-school education institutions in the Gölbaşı district of Adıyaman.
The research consists of five parts. In the first part of the study, the problem of the research, the purpose of the research, its importance and definitions of basic concepts, the conceptual framework in the second part, the research model in the third part, the data collection tools, the method section of how the obtained data are analyzed; in the fourth part, the findings and interpretations of the research; The fifth section includes the conclusion and recommendations.
The analysis of the data of the research was made with the SPSS 22 program and it was studied with a confidence level of 95%. Frequency analysis was performed for qualitative (categorical) variables in our analyses. Descriptive statistics such as minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation of quantitative variables are given. Differences in Motivation Scale and sub-dimension scores according to demographic variables were examined with Independent Groups t and ANOVA tests
