Abstract
Günümüzde sigorta sektörü bireylerin ve firmaların maruz kalabileceği birçok riskin yönetilmesinde temel aktörlerden birisi haline gelmiştir. Sağladığı güvence ile ülke ekonomilerinde riskleri minimum düzeye indirerek finansal kayıpların önüne geçmekte ve ekonomik sistemlerde istikrarın sağlanmasında büyük rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada Türk sigorta sektöründe faaliyet gösteren en önemli yabancı sermayeli şirketlerden birisi olan Allianz sigorta şirketinin 2017-2021 döneminde performansının hibrid bir karar modeli ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Önerilen model kapsamında ilk aşamada LOPCOW objektif ağırlıklandırma yöntemi ile seçilmiş olan kriterlerin ağırlıkları tespit edildikten sonra ikinci aşamada MOOSRA yöntemi ile alternatifler sıralanmıştır. LOPCOW-MOOSRA karar modelinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre Allianz sigortanın performansının yıllar itibariyle artış eğiliminde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca sonuçlar Allianz sigortanın Covid-19 döneminde başarılı bir performans ortaya koyduğuna da işaret etmektedir.

Abstract
Today, the insurance industry has become one of the main actors in the management of many risks that individuals and companies may be exposed to. With the assurance it provides, it prevents financial losses by minimizing risks in national economies and plays a major role in ensuring stability in economic systems. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the performance of Allianz insurance company, which is one of the most important foreign-owened companies operating in the Turkish insurance sector, in the period of 2017-2021 with a hybrid decision model. Within the scope of the proposed model, after the weights of the criteria selected with the LOPCOW objective weighting method were determined in the first stage, the alternatives were ranked with the MOOSRA method in the second stage. According to the results obtained from the LOPCOW-MOOSRA decision model, it has been determined that the performance of Allianz insurance has been increasing over the years. In addition, the results indicate that Allianz insurance has performed successfully in the Covid-19 period.
