Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, meta sentez yöntemlerini kullanarak sınıf yönetimi becerileri üzerine yapılan araştırmaları değerlendirmek ve mevcut araştırmalarla eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimi becerilerine genel bir bakış açısı kazandırmaktır. Çalışmada 2011-2020 yılları arasında yayınlanmış 38 yüksek lisans ve 2 doktora tezi olmak üzere 40 çalışma incelendi. Çalışmalar YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanı kullanılarak belirlendi. Araştırmanın amaçları, yöntemleri, veri toplama araçları, araştırmaların yıllara göre dağılımı, araştırmanın yapıldığı okul düzeyi, araştırmanın yapıldığı şehirler, araştırmanın yayımlanma yöntemi ve araştırma sonuçları gözden geçirilmiştir. İncelenen çalışmalardan elde edilen veriler, tablolar kullanılarak yorumlanmıştır.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; amaçlarına ilişkin ele alınan çalışmaların çoğunluğunu sınıf yönetimi becerileri ile farklı değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Kullanılan yöntemlere göre incelendiğinde araştırmacıların en çok nicel araştırma yöntemini tercih ettikleri tespit edilmiştir. Veri toplama araçlarına göre ele alındığında, en fazla ölçek/anket ile veri toplandığı görülmüştür. Yayınlandıkları yıllara göre, en çok çalışmanın 2019 yılında olduğu belirlenmiştir. İncelenen çalışmaların yapıldığı okul kademeleri incelendiğinde en çok çalışmanın okul öncesinde yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Verilerin toplandığı illere bakıldığında, en çok verinin İstanbul ilinden toplandığı tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen çalışmaların yayın türlerine göre incelendiğinde ise en fazla yüksek lisans tezi türünde çalışma olduğu görülmektedir. İncelenen araştırmaların sonuçlarına ilişkin verilere bakıldığında, sınıf yönetimi becerilerinin birçok değişkene şekillendiği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the research on classroom management skills using meta-synthesis methods and to give an overview of the classroom management skills of teachers working in educational institutions with current research. In the study, 40 studies, including 38 master's and 2 doctoral theses, published between 2011-2020 were examined. Studies were determined by using the YÖK National Thesis Center database. The aims, methods, data collection tools of the research, the distribution of the researches according to the years, the school level where the research was conducted, the cities where the research was conducted, the method of publication of the research and the results of the research were reviewed. The data obtained from the studies reviewed were interpreted using tables.
According to the research results; The majority of the studies on the objectives of the study consist of examining the relationship between classroom management skills and different variables. When examined according to the methods used, it was determined that the researchers mostly preferred the quantitative research method. Considering the data collection tools, it was seen that the most data was collected with scale/survey. According to the years they were published, it was determined that the most studies were in 2019. When the school levels in which the examined studies were conducted were examined, it was determined that most of the studies were done in pre-school. Looking at the provinces where the data were collected, it was determined that the most data was collected from the province of Istanbul. When the examined studies are examined according to the types of publications, it is seen that the most studies are in the type of master's thesis. Looking at the data on the results of the studies examined, it was determined that classroom management skills were shaped by many variables.
