Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Covid-19 salgını döneminde uzaktan eğitim sürecine ilişkin okul yöneticilerinin ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerini incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu 2020-2021 eğitim ve öğretim yılında Konya ilinde görev yapan 19 okul yöneticisi ve 23 öğretmen olmak üzere toplam 42 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre uzaktan eğitimin olumlu yönlerine ilişkin görüşlerin çoğunlukla teknolojinin etkin kullanımı, zaman ve mekân sınırının olmaması, eğitim sürecinin devamını sağlaması ve akademik başarıya katkısı şeklinde görüşler ortaya çıkmıştır. Diğer bir bulguya göre uzaktan eğitimin olumsuz yönlerine ilişkin görüşlerin çoğunlukla teknolojik araç ve internet eksikliği, sınıf içi etkileşimin olmaması, teknolojik alt yapının yetersizliği ve fırsat eşitsizliği şeklinde sıralanmıştır. Son olarak uzaktan eğitimin geliştirilmesi gereken yönlerine ilişkin görüşlerin çoğunlukla teknolojik araç ve internet eksikliğinin giderilmesi, teknolojik alt yapının geliştirilmesi, uzaktan eğitim ile ilgili seminerlerin verilmesi ve ders içeriklerinin geliştirilmesi şeklinde görüşler tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the views of school administrators and teachers regarding the distance education process during the covid-19 epidemic. The working group of the study consists of 42 participants, including 19 school administrators and 23 teachers working in Konya province in the 2020-2021 academic and academic year. In the research, a phenomenon pattern was used from qualitative research methods. The data was obtained through a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher. Content analysis was used in the analysis of the data. According to the findings, the views on the positive aspects of distance education are mostly the effective use of technology, the absence of time and space limits, the continuation of the education process and its contribution to academic success. According to another finding, their views on the negative aspects of distance education are mostly listed as lack of technological tools and internet, lack of classroom interaction, insufficient technological infrastructure and inequality of opportunity. Finally, opinions on the aspects of distance education that need to be developed are mostly eliminating the lack of technological tools and internet, developing the technological infrastructure, giving seminars on distance education, and improving the course content.
