Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı; okul yöneticilerinin İlkokullarda Yetiştirme Programı ile ilgili düşüncelerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ,araştırma tarama modelinde yapılmış olup, nitel veri toplama yöntemlerinden olan görüşme tekniği kullanılarak çalışma yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu; Bursa İli Gürsu İlçesinde 2021-2022 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına (MEB) bağlı ilkokullarda görev yapan okul müdürleri, müdür yetkili öğretmenler ve müdür yardımcıları oluşturmuştur.Bu kapsamda okul yöneticilerinden yirmi iki (22) görüşmeci ile görüşme yapılmıştır.Çalışmada uzman görüşünden yararlanılarak beş soru hazırlanmış, okul yöneticileri ile görüşerek ,onların İlkokullarda Yetiştirme Programı'na bakışları, programın olumlu/olumsuz buldukları yönleri ve programla ilgili önerileri alınmıştır.Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular yoğunluğuna göre alt başlıklara ayrılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir.Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuca göre;okul yöneticileri İlkokullarda Yetiştirme Programına genel anlamda olumlu baktıkları,öğrenci akademik başarısını artırmada İlkokullarda Yetiştirme Programının etkili olduğu, ancak öğretmen ve yönetici haklarında bazı aksaklıkların yaşandığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of the study, to reveal the thoughts of school administrations about the Education Program in Primary Schools. For this purpose, the research was conducted in the scanning model and the study was conducted using the interview technique, which is one of the qualitative data collection methods. The study group of the research; School principals working in primary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MEB) in the Bursa Province Gürsu District in the 2021-2022 academic year consisted of school princpals, teachers authorized by principals and assistant principals. In this context, twenty-two (22) interviewers from school administrations were interviewed. A question was prepared, by meeting with the school administartions, their views on the Education Program in Primary Schools, the positive/negative aspects of the program and their suggestions about the program were taken. The findings obtained in the research were divided into sub-headings and evaluated according to their intensity. It has been determined that they have a positive view of the program in general, that the Education Program in Primary Schools is effective in increasing the academic success of the students, but there are some problems in the rights of teachers and administrations.
