Abstract
“Çağdaş Sanatta Nesne Tekrarına Dayalı Rölyef Karakterli Yüzey Arayışları” adı altında yürütülen bu çalışma, nesne tekrarının yüzey üzerine uygulanmasıyla oluşturulmuş sanatsal anlatımı vurgulamaktadır. Eserlerin oluşumu ve gelişiminde resim heykel etkileşiminin yeri, modüler çalışmalar ve bu uygulamalar paralelinde gelişen rölyef karakterli nesne tekrarı uygulamaları yüzeysel, kütlesel ve estetik değerler açısından irdelenmektedir.
Bu çalışmada tekrar ilkesinin doğadaki yansımaları ve bu yansımaların sanatçı ve zanaatçıları nasıl etkilediği, 19. Yüzyıl sonrasında görülen sanat akımlarında tekrar örnekleri, malzemenin sanata girişi ve bu doğrultuda gelişen rölyef karakterli çalışmalar, birim tekrarının uygulama alanları ve modüler çalışmaların hangi koşullarda ortaya çıkarak nasıl bir gelişim gösterdiği çözümlemeye çalışılmıştır. Çağdaş sanatta ise özellikle 2000 yılı ve sonrasında üretim yapmış Türkiye de ve dünyada farklı teknik ve altyapıya sahip sanatçılar ayrı başlıkta değerlendirilerek bu sanatçıların nesne tekrarı uygulayarak yapmış oldukları rölyef karakterli yapıtlarının üretim biçimleri ve malzeme çeşitliliğiyle ilgili incelemelere yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
This study, carried out under the title "Search for relief-like surfaces with object repetition in contemporary art", emphasizes the artistic expressions created on surface with object repetition. The place of interaction between painting and sculpture in the formation and development of art-works, modular studies and the applications of relief-like object repetition developing in parallel with these applications have been examined in terms of superficial, mass, and aesthetic values.
In this study, it has been tried to analyze the reflections of the repetition principle in nature and how these reflections have an influence on artists and craftsmen, repetitive examples in art movements seen after the 19th century, the application of material to art and the relief-like works with developed in this direction, the application areas of unit repetition, and the modular works emerged under which conditions and the kind of development these have presented. As for the contemporary art, artists who have yielded works in Turkey and in the world especially in 2000 and afterwards with different techniques and backgrounds have been evaluated under a separate heading, and the studies related to the production styles and material diversity of their works with the object repetition were presented.
