Abstract
Bu çalışma, Kayseri Üniversitesi Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü lisans öğrencileri ile Sağlık Kurumları İşletmeciliği Programı yüksekokul öğrencilerinin muhasebe derslerindeki başarı düzeylerini etkileyen unsurlar hakkındaki görüşlerinin tespit edilmesini amaçlamaktadır. İki bölümde eğitim gören 133 öğrenciye anket uygulanmıştır. Anket sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre, fakülte öğrencilerinin muhasebe dersine olan ilgileri ve bu alanda akademik çalışma yapma arzuları yüksekokul öğrencilerine göre daha yüksektir. Bu durum muhasebe dersine olan ilgiyi artıran bir etken olarak tespit edilmiştir. Başarıyı etkileyen faktörlerin tamamı ele alındığında ise iki grup arasında bir farklılığın olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. İfadelere katılım düzeyleri dikkate alındığında cinsiyete göre bir farklılaşmanın olmadığı da tespitler arasındadır. Çalışma sonunda elde edilen bir başka önemli bulgu ise, katılımcıların okudukları sınıf ile verdikleri cevaplar arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğudur. Üst sınıflara geçildikçe muhasebe dersine olan ilgi ve verilen önem artmaktadır.

Abstract
This study investigates the opinions of the undergraduate students of the Health Management Department of Kayseri University and the High School students of the Health Institutions Management Program. A survey is conducted to 133 students studying in two departments. It particularly centers on the factors affecting the success levels in accounting courses. The field study reveals that faculty students' interest in accounting and their desire to do academic work in this field are higher than those of college students. This situation has been identified as a factor that increases the interest in the accounting course. When all the factors affecting success are considered, no difference between the two groups is observed. Considering the level of consent to the statements, no difference found considering gender. Another important finding is that there is a significant relationship between the class they are studying and the answers they give. The study shows that the interest of the third graders in the course is higher than the other grades.
