Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, devlet ve özel okul çalışanlarının mobbinge maruz kalma durumlarını incelemektir. Ayrıca özel ve devlet okul çalışanları kendi aralarında karşılaştırılarak okullar arası farklılıkları saptamaktır. Bu araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerine göre tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Ankara ili Mamak ilçesinde yer alan okullarda görev yapan öğretmenler (10 özel okul, 10 devlet okulu) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sürecinde veriler yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre, öğretmenlere yönelik yapılan mobbing davranışlarının incelendiği ilk soruda, devlet okulu öğretmenlerinin ortak görüşlerinin, ders programlarının kötü yapılması ve davranışları kontrol altında tutma şeklinde olduğu görülmüştür. Özel okul öğretmenleri ise ders programlarının uygun yapılmaması, gereğinden fazla, angarya iş yükü ve işten atma tehdidi gibi mobbing davranışlarının daha çok yaşandığını aktarmışlardır. Öğretmenlerin mobbinge maruz kalma nedenlerine ilişkin bulgular incelendiğinde, devlet okullarında idarecilerin yetersizliklerini örtbas etmek istemeleri, eğitimci gibi davranmamaları ve kararların her zaman idareciler tarafından alınmak istenmesi gibi nedenlerin ön plana çıktığı görülmüştür. Özel okullarda ise, iş güvencesinin (sendika) olmaması, iş bulamama kaygısı, idarecilerin yetersizliklerini örtbas etmek istemeleri, eğitimci gibi davranmamaları, yasal hakların suiistimal edilmesi, yasal boşluklar, kişisel fikir ayrılıkları ve yönetici kaprisleri gibi sorunların ön planda olduğu görülmektedir. Öğretmenlerin mobbing ile başa çıkma yöntemlerine ilişkin elde edilen verilere bakıldığında devlet okullarında tayin isteme, işyeri değiştirme, okul yönetimi ile orta yolu bulma, iyi geçinmeye çalışma, görmezden gelme, sessiz kalma, onay verme gibi yöntemlerin tercih edildiği görülmektedir. Özel okullarda başa çıkma yöntemleri olarak, okul yönetimi ile orta yolu bulma, iyi geçinmeye çalışma, görmezden gelme, sessiz kalma, onay verme ve tüm işleri sorgulamadan yapma şeklinde sıralandığı görülmektedir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the exposure of state and private school employees to mobbing. In addition, private and public school employees are compared among themselves and to determine the differences between schools. This study was designed according to qualitative research methods. The sample of the study consists of teachers (10 private schools, 10 state schools) working in the schools in Mamak district of Ankara province. During the research process, the data were obtained through semi-structured interviews. According to the data obtained, in the first question in which mobbing behaviors towards teachers were examined, it was seen that the common views of the public school teachers were to do the curriculum badly and to keep the behaviors under control. Private school teachers, on the other hand, reported that mobbing behaviors such as poor curriculum, more than necessary, drudgery workload and the threat of dismissal were more experienced. When the findings on the reasons why teachers were exposed to mobbing were examined, it was seen that the reasons such as the fact that administrators wanted to cover up their inadequacies in public schools, not behave like an educator, and decisions were always wanted to be taken by administrators came to the fore. In private schools, it is seen that problems such as lack of job security (union), anxiety of not finding a job, the desire to cover up the inadequacies of administrators, not behaving like an educator, abuse of legal rights, legal gaps, personal differences of opinion and administrator whims are at the forefront. Considering the data obtained on the methods of teachers' coping with mobbing, it is seen that methods such as requesting appointment in public schools, changing workplace, finding a middle way with school management, trying to get along, ignoring, staying silent, giving approval are preferred. In private schools, coping methods are listed as finding a middle ground with the school administration, trying to get along, ignoring, staying silent, giving approval and doing all things without question.
