Abstract
Bu çalışmada temelde, kompozit sektöründeki üretim verimliliğini etkileyen faktörler incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci aşamasında, faktörler literatür taraması ile belirlendi. Literatür taramasının ardından, literatür taramasından elde edilen faktörlerin doğrulamasını yapmak için görüşme yöntemi uygulandı. Çalışmanın devamında, literatür taraması ve görüşme yöntemi sonuçlarını birlikte değerlendirerek, nihai faktör listesi elde edildi. Daha sonra, nihai faktör listesindeki faktörler katı ( Grup-1 faktörleri) ve esnek (Grup-2 faktörleri) olmak üzere iki gruba ayrıldı. Bundan sonra, her faktörün önem düzeyini belirlemek için bir anket hazırlandı. Anket kompozit sektöründeki 5 uzmana uygulandı. Anket ile veri toplandıktan sonra, veri SWARA yöntemi ile analiz edildi. SWARA yönteminin analiz sonuçlarına göre, üretim yetkinliği Grup-1 faktörler arasında en önemli faktör olarak bulunurken, kurum kültürü ise Grup-2 faktörleri arasında en önemli faktör olarak bulundu. Sonuçlar ayrıca faktör ağırlıkları açısından Grup-2 faktörlerinin Grup-1 faktörlerine kıyasla daha çok değişkenliğe sahip olduğunu göstermektedir ki bu kompozit sektöründeki üretim verimliliğini etkileyen esnek faktörlerin olumsuz etkisinin, üretim verimliliğini etkileyen katı faktörlerin olumsuz etkisinden daha kolay ortadan kaldırılabileceği fikrini de desteklemektedir.

Abstract
In this study, the factors affecting production efficiency in composite sector were mainly reviewed. In the first step of the study, the factors were determined through a literature review. Following the literature review, Interview method was applied to validate the factors obtained from literature review. In the continuation of the study, by evaluating literature review results and interview method results together, the final factor list was obtained. Then, the factors in the final factor list were classified into two groups as inflexible (Group-1 factors) and flexible (Group-2 factors). After that, a questionnaire was prepared to determine the importance level of each factors. The questionnaire was applied to the 5 experts in composite sector. After collecting the data through questionnaire, the data was analyzed by using SWARA method. According to the analysis results of SWARA method, production competence was found as the most important factor among the Group-1 factors, whereas, organizational culture was found as the most important factor among Group-2 factors. The results also denoted that the Group-2 factors have more variation compared to Group-1 factors in terms of the factor weights, which also supports the idea that negative impact of the flexible factors affecting production efficiency in composite sector can be eliminated easier than the negative impact of inflexible factors affecting production efficiency in composite sector.
