Abstract
Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına almış olan COVID-19 salgınında ortaya çıkan virüs mutasyonları, insanların her yönden kaygı düzeylerinin artmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu bireysel kaygılar, insanlarla sıkı ilişki içinde olan hizmet sektörü çalışanlarında daha baskın şekilde hissedilmektedir. Bu araştırmada çalışanların koronavirüs anksiyetesinin örgütsel huzur üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Konya’da bulunan bir otelin 75 çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular kapsamında, koronavirüs anksiyetesinin örgütsel huzur üzerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı etkisi olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Koronavirüs anksiyetesinin örgütsel huzurun alt boyutları üzerindeki etkisi incelendiğinde, koronavirüs anksiyetesinin ilişkisel huzur üzerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı etkiye sahip olmadığı, bireysel huzur ve huzur bozucular alt boyutlarını anlamlı şekilde yordadığı belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
The virus mutations that emerged in the COVID-19 epidemic, which has affected the whole world, cause people to increase their anxiety levels in every way. These individual anxiety are felt more dominantly in service sector employees who are in close contact with people. In this study, it was examined that the effect of coronavirus anxiety of employees on organizational peace. The sample of the research consists of 75 employees of a hotel in Konya. Within the scope of the findings obtained from the research, it was determined that coronavirus anxiety did not have a statistically significant effect on organizational peace. When the effect of coronavirus anxiety on the sub-dimensions of organizational peace was examined, it was determined that coronavirus anxiety did not have a statistically significant effect on relational peace, and it significantly predicted the sub-dimensions of individual peace and peace breakers.
