Abstract
Bu çalışma birbirini tamamlayan ve birbirinin yan ürününü üreten işletmelerin bir arada olması sayesinde, işletmeler için kolektif verimliliği artıran, maliyetleri azaltan, karı maksimize etmede bir sanayileşme modeli olan Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinin, işletme lojistiği açısından incelenmesini içermektedir. Çalışma kapsamında organize sanayi bölgelerinde yer alan işletmelerde gerçekleşen lojistik aktivitelerin, bütünleşik yönetim mantığının bir çıktısı olan işletme lojistiği çerçevesinde incelenmesi konusuna değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı “ Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde yer almanın işletmelerin lojistik fonksiyonuna etkisi var mıdır? ” sorusuna yanıt bulabilmektir ve bu makalenin ana kaynağını Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Lojistik Yönetimi programında 22.07.2019 tarihinde sunulmuş ve kabul edilmiş olan “Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinin İşletme Lojistiğine Etkileri Üzerine Nitel Bir Araştırma” adlı yüksek lisans çalışması oluşturmaktadır. Müşteri hizmetleri yönetimi, talep tahminleme, sipariş işleme, stok yönetimi, malzeme aktarımı ve elleçleme, ambalajlama, tesis yeri seçimi, satın alma, tersine lojistik, taşımacılık yönetimi, depolamadan oluşan lojistik faaliyetler Tire Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’ nde yer alan işletmeler açısından incelenmiş ve organize sanayi bölgelerinin işletme lojistiği faaliyetlerini nasıl etkilediği açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Tire Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’ nde yer alan yedi işletme, işletme lojistiği çerçevesinde değerlendirilirken, organize sanayi bölgelerinin işletmelerdeki lojistik faaliyetlere etkisi açıklanmaya çalışılmış, bulgular betimsel ve içerik analizi yöntemleri ile incelenmiştir.

Abstract
This study explores Organized Industrial Zones, a business logistics industrialization model that increases collective efficiency for enterprises, reduces costs, and maximizes profits through the coexistence of enterprises that complement each other and produce each other's by-products. The subject of assessing logistics activities in firms located in organized industrial zones within the framework of business logistics, which is an output of the integrated management logic, has been mentioned within the scope of the study. The study seeks to answer the question, "Does being located in the Organized Industrial Zone have an effect on the logistics function of the enterprises?" The primary source of this study is a master's thesis titled "A Qualitative Research on the Effects of Organized Industrial Zones on Business Logistics." In terms of enterprises located in the Tire Organized Industrial Zone, logistics activities such as customer service management, demand forecasting, order processing, stock management, material transfer and handling, packaging, facility location selection, purchasing, reverse logistics, transportation management, and warehousing are analyzed and organized. The research attempts to explain the impact of industrial zones on corporate logistics activities. While seven firms in the Tire Organized Industrial Zone are being examined within the context of enterprise logistics, the question “what effect does being located in the Tire Organized Industrial Zone have on the logistics activities carried out in enterprises” was attempted to be presented, and the findings were discussed using descriptive and content analysis, with the findings included.
