Abstract
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de kurum kültürü konusunu işleyen tezler bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmiş ve bibliyometrik profili çıkarılmıştır. Yök Tez Merkezi üzerinde kurum kültürü anahtar kelimesi kullanılarak tarama gerçekleştirilmiş, tarama sonucunda erişim izni olan 90 teze ulaşılmıştır. 1996-2020 yılları aralığı seçilerek bu aralıkta üretilmiş olan 69 adet yüksek lisans ve 21 adet doktora tezi içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilerek bibliyometrik profili ortaya konmuştur. Genel tarama modelinde yapılan çalışmada tezlere doküman incelemesiyle ulaşılmıştır. Ulaşılan tezler; türüne, yayımlandığı yılına, okuluna, iline, enstitüsüne, ana bilim dalına, sayfa sayısına, danışmalığını yapan kişinin unvanına göre ayrılarak incelenmiştir. Kurum kültürü konulu tezlerin büyük oranda İstanbul ilinde, İşletme Ana bilim dalında, 100-200 sayfa aralığında, yüksek lisans türünde, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde yazıldığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca tezlere danışmanlık yapan personelin kadro durumuna bakıldığında Prof. unvanına sahip akademik personelin yoğun olduğu, özellikle de 2019 yılında çok sayıda tez yazıldığı dikkati çekmiştir.

Abstract
In this study, the theses dealing with the issue of corporate culture in Turkey were examined according to some variables and their bibliometric profile was drawn. A search was carried out on the YÖK Thesis Center using the keyword corporate culture, and 90 thesis were found to be open access. Years between 1996 and 2020 were selected and 69 master's and 21 doctoral theses were analyzed using content analysis method and bibliometric profile of these theses were revealed. The study was conducted using general survey model, and the theses were approached by document review. Open access thesis were investigated according to divisions such as, its type, year of publication, province, school, institute, department, number of pages, and the title of the advisor. It has been observed that the theses on corporate culture were mostly written in Istanbul, in the Department of Business Administration, in the range of 100-200 pages, in the type of postgraduate, and in the Institute of Social Sciences. In addition, when examining the title of the advisory staff supervising the theses, it was found out that they are mostly Prof., and many theses were written especially in 2019.
