Abstract
Bilgiye ulaşma, iletişim kurma, günlük hayatı kolaylaştırma gibi kolaylıkları sağlaması, geleneksel ve modern teknolojinin iç içe geçmesine ve teknolojik yeniliklerin katlanarak artmasına neden olmaktadır. Dünyayı etkileyen, birçok insanın hayatını kaybetmesine ve birçok sorun yaşamasına neden olan koronavirüs sonucu oluşan pandemi teknolojinin daha fazla kullanılması için ortam hazırlamıştır. Ortaya çıkan pandemi tüm dünyayı doğrudan etkilemiş, pek çok alanı dijital dönüşüme zorlamış, her sektör kendine özgü yöntemlerle dijitalleşmeye başlamıştır. Bu süreçte eğitimde de dijitalleşme hız kazanmıştır. Eğitim alanında görülen dijital dönüşüm pandemi ile birlikte Türkiye’de de hızlanmış, online eğitimler başlamıştır. Günümüzde yaşanan olayların bir sonucu olarak eğitimde dijital dönüşümün ülkemiz ile birlikte küresel ölçekteki zorunlu hızı yadsınamaz bir gerçektir. Ancak bu zorunluluğun artı ve eksilerinin beraber ele alınması, olumsuz etkilerinin azaltılması, bekli daha ortaya çıkmadan önlenmesi için çocuğun yüksek yararı düşünülerek bütüncül gelişim anlayışıyla hareket edilmesi ve çalışmaların hızla yapılması gerektiği düşünülmektedir. Bu derlemede, çocuğun yüksek yararı gözetilerek dijital dönüşüme çocuk gelişimci perspektifinden farklı açılarla bakmakla birlikte gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalara da kaynaklık edeceği düşünülmektedir.

Providing facilities such as accessing information, communicating and facilitating daily life causes the traditional and modern technology to be intertwined and technological innovations increase exponentially. The pandemic caused by the coronavirus, which affects the world, causes many people to die and cause many problems, has prepared the environment for more use of technology. The emerging pandemic directly affected the whole world, forced many areas into digital transformation, and each sector began to digitalize with its own unique methods. In this process, digitalization in education has also accelerated. digital conversion is also seen in the field of education with accelerated pandemic in Turkey, it has started online training. As a result of today's events, the speed of digital transformation in education on a global scale is a reality. The positive and negative effects of this situation should be evaluated together, the negative effects should be reduced, and they should be prevented before they appear. It is thought that considering the high benefit of the child, it is necessary to act with a holistic development approach and to carry out studies quickly. In this review, considering the best interests of the child, while looking at digital transformation from a different perspective from a child development perspective, it is thought that it will also serve as a source for future studies.
