Abstract

Abstract

In order to diversify the perspectives of the media on its relationship with religion and to take an approach, it is important to clarify the position of religion in the media world, its importance to the media and its intersection point: Because the equal process of religion with human history was asked to be dragged into a different medium with the media that marked the last century, different forms emerged in periodic and cultural dimensions that were valid in the periodic and cultural dimensions that were valid in the time period. In the media-religion relationship, where the relationship between mutual interest is also involved, one of the areas of discussion takes place within the framework of the ways and purposes of their use. In the study, the basic framework of the relationship between media and religion was tried to be drawn, and the boundaries of this relationship were discussed in the shadow of popular and consumption cultures in a modernist, postmodernist, globalized world used to describe periods of life after reformist movements in the west.
