Abstract
Başarılı bir uzaktan eğitim, öğrencilerin bir öğrenme sisteminden beklentilerinin karşılanmasını ve memnuniyetlerinin sağlanmasını gerektirmektedir. Bu konuda yapılan çalışmaların birçoğu teknoloji kullanımı ve çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamlarını ele almakta, uzaktan eğitimde öğrenci memnuniyeti çalışmalarının görece çok az olduğu görülmektedir. Çalışmada öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitim ile ilgili deneyimleri, uzaktan eğitimin esnekliği, uzaktan eğitimden elde edilen fayda ve uzaktan eğitimden duydukları memnuniyet arasındaki ilişkiler değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada veriler, Aksaray Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi İşletme bölümünde uzaktan eğitim derslerine katılan toplam 250 öğrenci üzerinde anket uygulaması yapılarak elde edilmiştir. Söz konusu ilişkileri test etmek amacıyla regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Regresyon analizi sonuçları, uzaktan eğitim ile ilgili deneyimlerin uzaktan eğitimden elde edilen faydayı etkilediğini göstermiştir. Uzaktan eğitim esnekliğinin memnuniyeti etkilemediği tespit edilmiştir. Uzaktan eğitimden elde edilen fayda ve uzaktan eğitim ile ilgili deneyimlerin, memnuniyeti etkilediği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
Successful distance education requires meeting the expectations of students from a learning system and ensuring their satisfaction. Most of the studies on this subject deal with the use of technology and online learning environments, and it is seen that studies on student satisfaction in distance education are relatively few. In the study, the relationships between students' experiences, the flexibility and the benefits of distance education and their satisfaction with distance education were evaluated. The data was obtained by conducting a questionnaire on a total of 250 students, who attended distance education courses at Aksaray University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Regression analysis was applied to test these relationships. Regression analysis results showed that the experiences on distance education affect the benefit gained from distance education. It has been found that distance education flexibility does not have an effect on satisfaction. It has been determined that the benefits and experiences of distance education have an effect on satisfaction.
