Abstract
Yüksek kaliteli bir çalışma hayatına sahip olmak hem çalışan hem organizasyonlar ve hemde hizmet alanlar için çok önemlidir. Bu organizasyonların uzun vadeli olma vizyonuna ulaşmaları için gereklidir. Bu bağlamda, çalışmanın amacı; Gaziantep’te faaliyet gösteren bir özel hastanedeki personellerin iş yaşam kalitesi düzeyleri ile iş performansları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığını incelemektir. Bu amaç kapsamında 241çalışana iş yaşam kalitesi ile iş performansıyla ilgili sorular sorulmuş ve katılımcıların cevaplarını bir anket yardımıyla vermeleri istenmiştir. Belirtilen amaç doğrultusunda kurulan model anlamlı bulunmuştur. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre çalışanların genel iyi olma durumları ve çalışma koşulları ile iş performansı arasında anlamlı ilişki gözlemlenmiştir.

Abstract
Having a high quality working life is very important for both employees, organizations and service users. It is necessary for these organizations to achieve their long-term vision. In this context, the aim of the study is; It is to examine whether there is a meaningful relationship between the work quality of life levels of the personnel in a private hospital operating in Gaziantep and their job performance. Within the scope of this purpose, 241 employees were asked questions about the quality of work life and work performance and participants were asked to give their answers with the help of a questionnaire. The model established in line with the stated purpose was found meaningful. According to the findings of the study, a significant relationship was observed between the general well-being and working conditions of the employees and their job performance.
