Abstract
ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin okul yönetimiyle yaşadığı problemleri belirlemek ve bu problemlere ilişkin çözüm yollarını derinlemesine incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmacılar çalışma boyunca; “Problem kavramının tanımı nedir?” Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin okul yönetimi ile karşılaştığı sorunlar nelerdir? ve “Okul yönetimi ile karşılaşılan problemlerin üstesinden gelinmesi için neler yapılmalıdır?” sorularına yanıt aramışlardır. Bu çalışmada, nitel araştırma yaklaşımı çerçevesinde olgubilim (fenomenoloji) deseni kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu en az 5 yıldır beden eğitimi öğretmenliği görevini sürdüren 8 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler, betimleyici bakış açısına göre analiz edilmiştir. Buna göre çalışmaya katılan beden eğitimi öğretmenleri, en çoktan aza doğru, problemi; çözüm, algı ve tutum olarak, okul yönetimi ile karşılaştığı sorunları; engel, bilinçsiz tepki, yetersiz ders saati ve dersin işgali olarak, karşılaşılan problemlerin üstesinden gelinmesine yönelik çözüm yollarını ise; iletişim, öğrenciye görelik, çözüm, spor ve sanata teşvik, adil yönetim, gelişim, profesyonel anlayış ve kalite, nitelik, denetleme, çalıştay ve çözüm olarak kategorize etmişledir. Bulgular doğrultusunda araştırmacılar; okul yönetici niteliklerinin, eğitimin amaçlarına, felsefesine, kalitesine ve yapısına uygun standartlara taşınması, okul yöneticilerinin, kişisel gelişim, iletişim, öğrenci ilgi ve özellikleri, öğretmen ilişkileri ve yöneticilik gibi alanlarda eğitim görmesi, sporun ve beden eğitimi dersinin neden var olduğu, önemi, kazanımları ve eğitim sistemi içinde yeri hakkında spor alanında uzman kişilerden seminerler alması gibi birtakım önerilerde bulunmuşlardır. Sonuç olarak Beden Eğitimi derslerinin daha verimli geçebilmesi için okul yöneticilerinin Beden Eğitimi dersine ve öğretmenlerine yönelik daha çok bilinçli ve destekçi hareket etmeleri gerektiği anlaşılmaktadır.

Abstract
ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the problems that physical education teachers experience with school administration and to find some solutions to these problems in depth. For this aim, the researchers address the following questions throughout the research; "What is the definition of problem concept?" What problems do physical education teachers face with school administration?, and "What should be done to overcome these problems?". This research has been conducted by phenomenological research design which is a qualitative research approach. The study group of this research consists of 8 teachers who have been working as a physical education teacher for at least 5 years. The data obtained by the semi-structured interview method has been analyzed by the descriptive perspective. Accordingly, the participants have identified problem as a solution, perception, and attitude. They have stated the problems faced by the school administration as for the obstacle, unconscious reaction, insufficient lesson time, and occupation of the lesson. They also have offered the following solutions; communication, categorization as a relative to the student, solution, sports and arts, fair administration, development, professional understanding and quality, quality, supervision, workshop and solution. In line with the findings, the researchers have reached some recommendations. These are; bringing school administrators qualities to standards suitable for the aims, philosophy, quality, and structure of education, school administrators' education in areas such as personal development, communication, student interests and characteristics, teacher relations and administration, why sports and physical education lessons exist, their importance, achievements, and taking seminars from experts in the field of sports about its place in the education system. As a result, it is understood that school administrators should be more conscious and supportive towards physical education lesson and its teachers to teach physical education lessons more efficiently.
