Abstract
Günümüzde yapılan araştırmalar göstermektedir ki turizm, doğal güzelliklere sahip şehirler açısından önemli bir gelir kaynağı olmuştur. Kitle turizmi yanında hergeçen gün önem kazanan alternatif turizm konseptleri turizm alanında atılım yapmak isteyen il ve ilçeler açısından ilgi çeken bir konu olmuştur. Hatay’ın güzel ilçelerinden biri olan Dörtyol’da doğal güzellikleri açısından zengin bir ilçedir. İlçenin hem deniz kenarına konumlanması hem de dağ eteğinde bir bölgede yer alması turizmin gelişmesi açısından önemli avantajlardandır. Bu çalışma ile Dörtyol’un deniz kenarında bir ilçe olması nedeniyle turizmine ev sahipliği yapabileceği doğal kaynaklarının belirlenmesi ve bu kaynakların ilçe ekonomisine katkı sağlayacak faaliyetlere dönüştürülecek fikirlerin üretilmesi hedeflenmiştir.

Abstract
Today, research shows that tourism has been an important source of income for cities with natural beauties. In addition to mass tourism, alternative tourism concepts, which have gained importance every day, have become a subject of interest for the provinces and districts that want to make progress in the field of tourism. Dörtyol, which is one of the beautiful districts of Hatay, is a district rich in natural beauties. The location of the district both on the seaside and on the foothills is one of the important advantages in terms of tourism development. With this study, it is aimed to determine the natural resources that Dörtyol can host tourism since it is a seaside district and to generate ideas that will turn these resources into activities that will contribute to the district economy.
