Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı Van ili İpekyolu İlçesindeki 2019–2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında ilk ve ortaokullarda görev yapan okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin, okul güvenliğine ilişkin algılarını belirleme ye yönelik nitel bir çalışmadır. Araştırma durum saptamaya yönelik betimsel bir çalışma olduğundan görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen güvenlik ve geçerliliği uzman görüşleriyle test edilen beş soru gönüllülük ilkesine göre seçilen 7 okul yöneticisi ve 5 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Soruların cevapların kayıt altına alınan araştırmanın çözümlemeleri ve değerlendirmesi tamamlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda öğretmen ve okuldaki yöneticilerin ilk ve ortaokulda görevli yönetici ve öğretmenlerin güvenlik ile ilgili her aşamada merkezi bir rol oynadıkları ve azami dikkat sağlayarak tedbirler aldıkları gibi sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this study in town of Van İpekyolu natoanl education in 2019-2019 years education-teaching primary and secondary school serving school administrators and teachers, it is a qualitative study aimed at determining perceptions of school security. Since the research is a descriptive study to determine the situation, it was conducted using interview method. In the study, five questions which were developed by the researcher as a data collection tool and tested for reliability and validity with expert opinions were chosen according to the volunteering principle 7 school administrator and applied to 5 teacher. The analysis and evaluation of the research, which recorded the answers to the questions, was completed. At the end of the study, it was aimed that the teachers and school administrators they play a central role at every stage of security and the measures have been achieved, as well as takin measures with maximum attention.
