Abstract
Dünyada son yüzyılda sanayinin gelişmesiyle birlikte işletmeler büyüme süreci içerisine girmişlerdir. İşletmelerin büyümesi, iletişimin hızlanması, lojistik ağların genişlemesi ve gelişmesi, rekabetin artması gibi faktörler, işletmelerin değişik politikalar uygulaması gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Günümüze kadar ortaya çıkan gelişmeler işletmelerin yerel olarak ortaya çıktığını daha sonra bölgesel, ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde faaliyette bulunup etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. İşletmeler iş birlikleri içerisine girerek, karşılıklı yarar sağladıklarını gördükten sonra teknoloji geliştirme ve bu teknolojiyi birlikte kullanma konusunda önemli gelişme kaydetmişlerdir. İşletmeler iş birlikleri sonucunda belirli alanlarda ve belirli sektörlerde üretimde uzmanlaşmış, üretim için gerekli olan girdileri hammadde, insan gücü, teknolojiyi birlikte geliştirip üretime dönüştürmeye başlamışlardır. İşletmenin üretim faktörlerinin birlikte geliştirilmesi sonucunda, ortaya çıkan sinerji, işletmeler için önemli maliyet ve rekabet avantajı sağlayarak bu işbirliklerine giren işletmelerin, pazarlarda önemli ölçüde rekabet avantajı yaratarak güçlü olmalarını ortaya çıkarmıştır. İşletmelerin, rekabet gücüne etki eden faktörlerden önemli biri de verimlilik ve verimliliğin geliştirilmesidir. İşletmeler, mevcut kaynaklarını ne kadar etkin ve verimli kullanırlarsa rekabet güçlerini de o derece de arttırmış olacaklardır. İşletmelerin verimliliklerini dolayısıyla rekabet gücünü arttırabilmeleri için, yerel kaynaklarını etkin ve verimli bir şekilde kullanmaları gerekir. Çalışmada, Türkiye'de yer alan otomotiv sektörünün öncülerinden olan işletmelerin var olan ve gelecekte açılması planlanan Ar-Ge merkezleri ele alınmıştır. Ar-Ge merkezlerinin işletmelerin rekabetteki güçlerini ne yönde etkileyeceği araştırılmıştır. Bu üslerin ekonomik olarak ülkemize sağlayacağı yararlara değinilmiştir.

The growth of businesses, the acceleration of communication, the expansion and development of logistics networks, the increase of competition, etc., necessitated the application of different policies by businesses. As a result of the cooperation of the enterprises, they have started to develop and produce the raw materials, human power, technology together with the inputs that are specialized in production in certain areas and certain sectors and necessary for production. As a result of the joint development of the operating factors of the enterprise, the resulting synergy has provided significant cost and competitive advantages for the enterprises, thereby revealing that the enterprises entering these cooperations are strong, creating considerable competitive advantage in the markets. One of the factors that affect the competitive power of businesses is the improvement of productivity and productivity. The more effective and efficient the companies use their existing resources, the more competitive they will be. Businesses need to use their local resources effectively and efficiently to increase their productivity and therefore competitive power. In the study, It will be investigated how R & D bases will affect the competitive powers of enterprises. The benefits that these bases provide economically to my country have been mentioned.
