Abstract
İnovasyon, yeni bir şey oluşturmak için mevcut ve yeni fikirlerin yeniden birleştirilmesi veya yeniliğin hayata geçirilmesi anlamına gelmektedir. Vizyon ise bir ideali yansıtmakta ve bu yönüyle herhangi bir örgütsel dönüşüm sürecinin başlangıç noktasını oluşturduğu ifade edilmektedir. Bu nedenledir ki dönüşüm sürecinin lokomotif gücü sayılan yükseköğretim sistemlerinin, kendilerini inovatif kalıplar doğrultusunda geliştirmeleri beklenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren Üniversitelerin İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler, Siyasal Bilgiler, Sosyal Bilimler, Yönetim Bilimleri, İktisat, İşletme, İşletme ve Yönetim Bilimleri Fakülteleri ile İktisadi, İdari ve Sosyal Bilimler Fakültelerinin vizyon bildirimlerinin, inovatif evrim bağlamında incelenmesidir. Araştırma, ilgili fakültelerin web sitesinden edinilen vizyon bildirimlerinin incelenmesine dayanmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda, fakülte ve/veya bölümlerin vizyon bildirimlerinde, inovasyon ile ilgili kavramların öncelikle akademik, ardından toplumsal bağlamda kullanıldığı tespit edilmiş, bir eğitim ve öğretim kurumu kimliğine de sahip olan üniversitelerin, öğrenci yetiştirme konusunda inovasyona ilişkin vizyonlarının ise, bu iki konuya oranla daha geri planda olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte üniversitelerin ekonomi, problem çözümü, siyaset, teknoloji, yönetişim, çevre ve yönetim konularında da inovasyon hedeflerinin bulunduğu görülmektedir.

Abstract
Innovation means reuniting existing and new ideas or creating innovation to create something new. Vision reflects an ideal and it is stated that this constitutes the starting point of any organizational transformation process. For this reason, higher education systems, which are considered as the driving forces of the transformation process, are expected to develop themselves in line with innovative patterns. The purpose of this study is to examine vision statement of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Business and Management Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences in Turkey in terms of innovative evolutionary context. The research is based on the review of the vision statements obtained from the website of the related faculties. As a result of the research, it was determined that the concepts related to innovation are used primarily in academic and then social context in the vision statements of faculties and / or departments. The vision of the universities, which also have the identity of an education and training institution, about innovation in student rearing, was found to be at the background of these two subjects. In addition to this, it is seen that the universities have innovation targets in the fields of economy, problem solving, politics, technology, governance, environment and management.
