Abstract
Geçmişten bu güne kadar gelen el sanatları en anlamlı kültür miraslarından biridir. El sanatları ulusal kültürün özünü, tabanını oluşturan halk kültürünün yaşayan, çağdaş kültürü besleyen, evrensel kültüre de sürekli ışık tutan dalların başında gelmektedir. El sanatlarının içinde önemli bir yeri olan oyalar; içsel güzellik duygusunun, güzele ve güzelliğe yansıtıldığı süslemek ve süslenmek ihtiyacıyla yapılan ve tekniği örgü olan el sanatları örneklerindendir. Bu çalışmada; Ordu ili Fatsa ilçesinde tespit edilen tığ oyalı ürünler (yazmalar) araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırmanın amacını; özgün niteliklere sahip tığ oyalarının teknik, gereç, renk, motif ve kompozisyon özelliklerinin belirlenmesi oluşturmaktadır.
