Abstract
Pozitif örgütsel davranış, pozitif psikolojinin doğal bir sonucu olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Örgütler pozitif psikoloji sayesinde yüksek psikolojik sermayeye sahip olmakta, bu da örgütte geleceğe dair iyimser bir tablo oluşturmaktadır. Merak ve keşfetme algısıda tıpkı yüksek örgütsel psikolojik sermaye gibi örgütlerde motive edici bir özelliğe sahiptir. Merak ve keşfetme algısı yüksek insanlarla çalışan örgütler, sorunları çözmede ve geleceği inşa etmede, diğerlerine nazaran daha öne çıkmaktadır. Bu araştırma ile örgütsel psikolojik sermayenin merak ve keşfetme algısı ile ilişkisi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda bulgular örgütsel psikolojik sermayenin öz yeterlilik boyutunun, merak ve keşfetme algısı arasında pozitif ilişki içinde olduğunu göstermiştir. Aynı zamanda örgütsel psikolojik sermayenin iyimserlik boyutunun da, merak ve keşfetme algısı ile arasında pozitif ilişki tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Positive organizational behavior is a natural resulf of positive psychologhy.Organizations may able to have high psychological organizational capital by means of positive psychologhy.This cause an optimistic perspective for future in organizations. The perception of curiosity and exploration is a motivational factor just like high organization psychological capital.The organizations working with people who have high curiosity and exploration perception may able to go forward than others in terms of solving problems and building future.Therefore in this paper we tried to identify the relationship between organizational psychological capital and curious and exploration.At the end of research,findings showed that there is positive relationship between self-efficacy dimension of organizational psychological capital and the perception of curious and exploration.There is also positive relationship between optimism dimension of organizational psychological capital and the perception of curiosity and exploration.
