Abstract
Bu çalışma öğrenci hemşirelerin ekip çalışmasına ilişkin tutumlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı nitelikte yapılan bu araştırma 2017-2018 bahar yarıyılında bir üniversitenin Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik bölümünde yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 92 hemşirelik 4. sınıf öğrencisi araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Veriler, Tanıtıcı Özellikler formu ve Ekip Çalışması Tutumları Ölçeği (EÇTÖ) ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzdelik hesaplaması, ortalama ölçüleri, Kruskal Wallis Testi ve Mann Whitney U Testi kullanılmıştır. EÇTÖ puan ortalaması 140 puan üzerinden 111,65±13,78 olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrenci hemşirelerin EÇTÖ alt boyutlarından en yüksek puanı “liderlik” (24,92±4,34) alt boyutundan, en düşük puanı ise “karşılıklı destek” (17,64±3,06) alt boyutundan aldıkları saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin ekip çalışmasına ilişkin tutumlarını, meslek seçiminde etkili olan kişi, motivasyon düzeyi ve sağlık ekibinin bir lideri olması gerektiğini düşünme gibi değişkenlerin etkilediği saptanmıştır (p<0.05). Öğrenci hemşirelerin ekip çalışmasına ilişkin tutumlarının yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Öğrenci hemşirelerin etkin ekip çalışmasının desteklenmesine yönelik eğitimlerin artırılması ve girişimlerin yapılması önerilebilir.

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the attitudes of the student nurses in teamwork. This descriptive study was conducted in the department of Nursing at the Faculty of Health Sciences of a university in the spring semester 2017-2018. 92nursing students who volunteered to participate in the research formed a sample of the researcher. In the study, the data were collected by demographic form and the Teamsteps-TeamworkAttitudesQuestionnaire (T-TAQ). In assessing data, number, percentage values, average measures, Kruskal Wallis Test, Mann Whitney U Test were used. As a result of the research, the average score of theT-TAQ was determined as 111.65 ±13.78 over 140 points. It was determined that the student nurses got the highest score from the subscale of "leadership" (24.92 ± 4.34) and the lowest score from "mutualsupport" (17,64 ± 3.06) from the T-TAQ subscale. It was determined that the attitudes of the students towards teamwork were influenced by the variables such as the person who is effective in choosing the profession, the level of motivation and thinking that the health team should be a leader (p <0.05). It was determined that the attitudes of the student nurses to teamwork were high. It may be suggested to increase the number of trainings and initiatives to support effective team work of student nurses.
