Abstract
Milli iktisat” kavramı, 2. Meşrutiyet döneminde Türk düşünce hayatına dahil olmuştur. Dönemin siyasal iktidarının ülke yönetiminin geleceği açısından aldığı kararlar da “Milli iktisat” kavramının Türk düşünce hayatındaki gelişimi açısından oldukça önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Osmanlı Devleti’nin kurtuluşu için bir reçete olarak sunulan “Milli iktisat” modeli, Cumhuriyet Türkiyesi’nin inşa sürecinin de temel niteliklerinden birisi olmuştur. Milli bağımsızlık ile milli ekonominin içiçe geçtiği bu dönemdeki iktisadi düşünce, büyük ölçüde Osmanlı Devleti’nin son dönemindeki tartışmaların etkisi altında şekillenmiştir. Cumhuriyetin gelişim sürecinde farklı bir içeriğe sahip olan iktisadi düşünce, 27 Mayıs sonrası dönemde de Cumhuriyetin kuruluş sürecindeki ekonomik gelişmeleri merkeze alan bir anlayış üzerinde ancak farklı bir içerikle yeniden ortaya çıkmıştır. Bağımsız bir ulusal ekonomi kurma düşüncesi, 2. Meşrutiyet’ten 27 Mayıs sonrası döneme kadar temel tartışma konularından birisi olmuştur. Bahsedilen her üç dönemde de gündemde olan “Milli iktisat” kavramı, benzer hareket noktalarına sahip olmasına rağmen içerik olarak kendi döneminin şartlarını yansıtacak ölçüde farklılıklar da içermektedir.

Abstract
The concept National Economy has been included to the Turkish thought life during the Second Constitutional era. The decisions taken by the political power of the period also play an important role in terms of the development of the concept "national economy" in Turkish thought life. The "national economy" model presented as a recipe for the emancipation of the Ottoman State has become one of the basic properties of the construction period of the Republican Turkey.In this period, when the national independence and the national economy were intertwined, the economic thought was shaped largely under the influence of the recent discussions of the Ottoman State. Economic thought, which has a different content in the development process of the Republic, reappears with a different content on an understanding that centered on the economic developments in the foundation period of the Republic in the aftermath of the 27th of May. It was one of the main topics of discussion from the 2nd Constitutional Monarchy until the return of May 27, in the thought of establishing an independent national economy. The concept of "national economy" on the agenda in all three mentioned periods, although it has similar points of action, also contains the extent to reflect the conditions of its period as content.
