Organizasyonel inovasyon, işletmenin performansını sürdürülebilir şekilde artırma potansiyeline sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, organizasyonel inovasyon ile işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi içeren çalışmaların bibliyometrik analiz kullanılarak incelenmesidir Bu çalışmada, organizasyonel inovasyon ile işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi içeren çalışmaların bibliyometrik analiz kullanılarak incelenmiştir Bu işlem için Web of Science veri tabanından yararlanılmıştır çalışmaların 2021-2022 yılları arası en fazla ivmeli bir şekilde arttığı dönem olduğu, konuya ilişkin en fazla çalışma yayınlayan derginin Sustainability dergisi olduğu, en fazla konuya ilişkin çalışma yapan yazarın Pedro Soto-Acosta olduğu, en fazla konuya ilişkin çalışma yapan kuruluşun University of Murcia olduğu, en fazla Çinli yazarlar konuya ilişkin çalışmalar yaptığı, organizasyonel inovasyon ile işletme performansı haricinde en sık bahsedilen anahtar kelimelerin, ürün inovasyonu, organizasyonel performans, inovasyonel performans, KOBİ’ler, süreç inovasyonu, teknolojik inovasyon olduğu tespit edilmiştir. |

Organizational innovation has the potential to sustainably improve business performance. The aim of this study is to examine the studies involving the relationship between organizational innovation and business performance using bibliometric analysis. In this study, the studies involving the relationship between organizational innovation and business performance were examined using bibliometric analysis. Web of Science database was used for this process, It was determined that the journal that published the most studies on the subject was Sustainability journal, the author who published the most studies on the subject was Pedro Soto-Acosta, the institution that published the most studies on the subject was University of Murcia, the Chinese authors published the most studies on the subject, the most frequently mentioned keywords other than organizational innovation and business performance were product innovation, organizational performance, innovative performance, SMEs, process innovation, technological innovation. |
