Abstract
5G, Nesnelerin İnterneti (IoT) ve yapay zekâ entegrasyonu sayesinde turizmde "her şey dahil" sistemler dijitalleşerek dönüşmektedir. Gerçek zamanlı veri takibi ve yapay zekâ destekli analizlerle otel içi kaynak kullanımı optimize edilmekte, israf azaltılmakta ve müşteri memnuniyeti artırılmaktadır. Özellikle 5G destekli IoT cihazları, enerji ve su tüketiminden misafir davranışlarına kadar geniş bir veri setini analiz ederek operasyonel verimliliği artırmakta, sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu gelişmeler, her şey dahil sistemlerde muhasebenin yalnızca finansal kayıt değil, aynı zamanda stratejik karar destek aracı olarak kullanılmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Her Şey Dahil turizm modellerinde IoT tabanlı karar destek sistemlerinin operasyonel verimlilik, sürdürülebilirlik ve stratejik yönetim süreçlerine katkısı incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract
Through the integration of 5G technology, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI), all-inclusive tourism models are experiencing a significant digital transformation within the framework of smart and data-driven operational strategies.Real-time data monitoring and AI-supported analysis enable the optimization of in-house resource use in hotels, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction. Specifically, 5G-enabled IoT devices analyze a wide range of data—from energy and water consumption to guest behaviors—thereby increasing operational efficiency and contributing to sustainability goals. These developments necessitate the use of accounting in all-inclusive systems not merely as a financial recording tool, but as a strategic decision support mechanism. This study examines and evaluates the contribution of IoT-based decision support systems to operational efficiency, sustainability, and strategic management processes in all-inclusive tourism models.
