Bu araştırma sınıf öğretmenlerinin iletişim memnuniyeti ve okul iklimi algılarını tespit etmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nicel bir çalışma olan bu araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Gaziantep ili Şehitkamil ve Şahinbey ilçelerinde görev yapan 350 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada İletişim Memnuniyeti Ölçeği ve Örgütsel İklim Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin iletişim memnuniyeti algı puanlarının en yüksek medya niteliği alt boyutunda en düşük kişisel geri bildirim alt boyutunda olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin okul iklimi algı puanlarının en yüksek destekleyici müdür davranışı alt boyutunda en düşük umursamaz öğretmen davranışı alt boyutunda olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin iletişim memnuniyeti ile okul iklimi algıları arasında orta düzeyde ve anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu görülmektedir. İletişim memnuniyetinin okul ikliminin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. İletişim memnuniyetinin okul iklimini yordama düzeyi %32 olarak tespit edilmiştir. |

This study was conducted to determine classroom teachers' perceptions of communication satisfaction and school climate. This quantitative study was conducted using the relational survey model. The sample of the study consists of 350 classroom teachers working in Şehitkamil and Şahinbey districts of Gaziantep province in 2021-2022 academic year. Communication Satisfaction Scale and Organizational Climate Scale were used in the study. As a result of the research, it was determined that teachers' communication satisfaction perception scores were highest in the media quality sub-dimension and lowest in the personal feedback sub-dimension. Teachers' school climate perception scores were highest in the supportive principal behavior sub-dimension and lowest in the uncaring teacher behavior sub-dimension. It is seen that there is a moderate and significant relationship between teachers' communication satisfaction and school climate perceptions. It was concluded that communication satisfaction is a significant predictor of school climate. The level of communication satisfaction predicting school climate was determined as 32%. |
