Abstract
Öz: Karar verme, karar vericilerin belirli riskler ve kısıtlayıcılar altındayken mantıklı seçimi tercih etmesidir. Literatürde çokça çok kriterli karar verme konusu üzerine çalışma mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada da hemen hemen her yaş grubundan müşterisi olan bir spor türü olan fitness sporu için Güney Marmara Bölgesi’nde bulunan bir şehrimizde uygun bir spor salonu yeri seçimi için karar vericilere destek olunmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda bir işletmenin uygun yer seçiminde dikkat etmesi gereken hususlar açıklandıktan sonra, kullanılacak yöntemden bahsedilecek ve çalışma nihayete erdirilecektir. Çalışmada matematiksel yöntemlerden MOORA Yöntemi kullanılacak ve bu yöntemle sonuca gidilecektir. Elde edilen bulgular karar vericilerle paylaşılacak ve doğru karara destek olunması amaçlanacaktır. Alternatifler seçimin yapılacağı tesis yerini gösterirken kriterler ise gerekli görüşlerle elde edilmiş durumları ifade etmektedir. Belirlenen toplam 7 kriter ve 4 farklı alternatif kendi aralarında değerlendirilmiş ve sonuç karar vericilerle paylaşılarak alınacak karara destek olunmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract: Decision making is the decision makers' choice of safe choice when under certain risks and constraints. There are many studies on multi-criteria decision making in the literature. This can be used for fitness, a type of sport that has customers of almost all ages, in a city located in the Southern Marmara Region where there is no place to support decision makers for choosing a suitable gym. For this purpose, after explaining the points to be taken into consideration when choosing a location suitable for an arrangement, the method to be used will be mentioned and the study will finally be concluded. The study will be carried out using the MOORA Method, one of the calculations used in the study. The findings will be shared with decision makers, and it will be aimed to support the right decision. While the place in the facility is shown in alternative selections, the situations obtained with the necessary opinions are expressed. A total of 7 criteria and 4 different alternatives were evaluated among themselves and the results are shared with the decision makers and the decision continues to be supported.
