LOJİSTİK YETENEKLERİN BELİRLENMESİ: KAHRAMANMARAŞ İLİNDE DIŞ TİCARET FAALİYETİNDE BULUNAN TEKSTİL FİRMALARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Uluslararası ticaretin ve küresel ekonominin etkisiyle Dünya küçük bir köy haline gelmiş, organizasyonlar da kıyasıya bir rekabet ortamına girmişlerdir. Temel lojistik faaliyetler salt taşımacılık profilinden sıyrılarak küresel tedarik zinciri yönetiminde önemli bir alan olarak dikkatleri çekmektedir. İşletmelerin geliştirdiği ve sahip olduğu lojistik yetenekler, küresel rekabet ortamında başarılı olabilmelerinde anahtar rol oymaktadır. Bu noktadan hareketle, işletmelere rekabette avantaj yaratan lojistik yeteneklerin analizi çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma amacına yönelik olarak detaylı ulusal ve uluslararası literatür taraması yapılarak, lojistik yetenekler incelenmiş ve araştırma sorunsalını çözümlemek için önceki çalışmalarda kullanılan kabul görmüş ölçeklerden yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan bu araştırmada veriler, Kahramanmaraş Sanayi ve Ticaret Odası’na kayıtlı olarak bulunan dış ticaret faaliyeti gösteren tekstil firmalarında çalışan personel ve yöneticilere anket uygulaması yoluyla toplanmış; katılımcıların bulundukları firmaların inovasyon, esneklik ve süreç optimizasyon yeteneğinin varlığı üzerine bir anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Yapılan uygulama sonucunda 105 adet kullanılabilir anket formu elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu verilere SPSS 24.0 paket programı kullanılarak frekans analizi, tanımsal istatistikler, güvenilirlik analizi, faktör analizi ve korelasyon uygulanmıştır. Nihai olarak, yapılan analizler sözkonusu tekstil firmalarında lojistik yeteneklerin varlığını istatistiki olarak ortaya koymuştur.

Abstract

As a consequence of globalisation, the World has been becoming smaller day by day. Because of this reason the organizations compete with each other in order to get a sustainable competitive advantage. Today, main logistics activities are defined that an important ability for transport and logistics firms to deliver the value and services to the customers in global supply chain management. The logistics capabilities which improved by organizations, has a key role to make them successful in global competitive area. Starting from this point, the aim of this study is determining logistics capabilities that provide to the organizations for sustainable competitive advantage. In order to do so, detailed national and international literature has been scanned. Moreover, previous studies have been investigated and reliable scales from this researches have been used. In this research, data was collected among personnels and managers in international textile companies that members of Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) by conducting the questionnaire method of data collection. The aim of the study is to determine the logistics capabilities which are innovation, flexibility and process optimization among the firms that operating in the textile sector. 105 usable questionnaires were obtained as a result of survey. Then, these responses are set as a data set and analyzed via use of SPSS 24.0 statistical programme. The frequency, reliability, factor and correlation analysis were used. Eventually, analyzing the research data was realized that there is a statistically significant presence in those textile companies.
