Abstract
Bu araştırmada amaç; Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin liderlik tarzlarını incelemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yaklaşımı içerisinde yer alan betimsel tarama metodu kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak “Çok Yönlü Liderlik Yönelimleri Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya örneklem olarak Kafkas Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi Yüksek Okulunda okuyan öğrenciler içerisinden seçkisiz ve kartopu örneklem seçme yöntemi kullanılarak 330 öğrenci dâhil olmuştur. Ölçekten gelen veriler üzerinde SPSS 20.0 bilgisayar paket programı kullanılarak yüzde aritmetik ortalama, ANOVA, Bağımsız Gruplar için t-testi vb istatistiksel analizleri yapılmıştır. Sonuçta; Beden Eğitimi Spor Yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin “İnsan Kaynaklı Liderlik Tarzı”nı benimsediği, ölçeğe ortalamanın üstünde puan verdiği, cinsiyet değişkeni ile sadece insan kaynaklı liderlik tarzı arasında anlamlı bir farka rastlandığı, diğer liderlik tarzlarında anlamlı bir fark çıkmadığı, öğrencilerin okuduğu bölüm, branşı durumu ile liderlik tarzları arasında anlamlı bir farka rastlanmadığı görülmüştür.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the leadership styles of the students of the School of Physical Education and Sports. In order to analyze the leadership styles of the students of the School of Physical Education and Sports. The "Versatile Leadership Orientations Scale" was used as the data collection tool. 330 students were included in the study using the random sampling method and snowball sampling method among the students studying at Kafkas University School of Physical Education. Statistical analysis of percentage arithmetic mean, ANOVA, t-test for Independent Groups etc. were performed on the data from the scale using the SPSS 20.0 computer package program. Eventually, the students of the School of Physical Education and Sports adopted the "Human Based Leadership Style", scores above average on the scale, there is a significant difference between the gender variable and only human-induced leadership style, there is no significant difference in other leadership styles, it was observed that there was no significant difference between students' department, branch and leadership styles.
