Abstract
Göç ve mültecilik, son yıllarda Orta Doğuda bir dalga olarak ortaya çıkan siyası konjonktür sebebiyle özellikle de 2011 sonrası Suriye’de yaşanan olaylar sebebiyle sınırları aşarak küresel boyutta bir krize dönüşmüştür. Türkiye bu kriz süresince uyguladığı açık kapı politikasıyla diğer ülkelerden çok daha farklı bir konuma sahip olmuş ve 2011 yılından bu yana kayıtlı mülteci sayısı 3,5 milyonu geçmiştir. Bu noktada yerelde mülteciliğin oluşumu ve entegrasyon konusunu irdelemek için çok boyutlu ve farklı yaklaşımlar gerekliliği doğmaktadır. Bu sebeple bu çalışma, mültecilerin entegrasyonu üzerindeki tartışmalara farklı boyutların ortaya konmasıyla katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Bu niyetle çalışma, politik, erişim ve sosyal olmak üzere entegrasyon çalışmalarında değerlendirilmek üzere 3 temel boyut önermektedir.

Abstract
Lately due to the unstable conditions in Middle East and more recently, since 2011 in Syria the issue of refugee transformed to a crisis and reached to global borders concerning many countries. Turkey had a peculiar position hosting more than 3,5 million (recorded) Syrian refugees. The local production of refugees and integration requires multi-dimensional and differentiated approaches. This research therefore suggests three main pillars as dimensions in search for better integration investigations referring to 3P: politics, practices and perceptions. Political dimension including decision making mechanisms (top-down decision making processes); Accessibility dimension pointing out generating viable environment (practices at horizontal level – practical grounds of the political dimension) and Societal dimension referring to the impacts of the first two pillars over society including the matters related to vulnerable groups, social integration (intersections - perceptions through social and cultural dimensions), proposing that the better management of these three pillars would potentially generate better and mutual integration options.
