Abstract
Kredi krizinden finansal krize ve finansal krizden de küresel krize dönüşen ekonomik kriz, devletlerin uluslararası siyaset çizgilerinde de önemli kırılmalara neden olmuştur. Türkiye’de ise krizin kendisini iyice hissettirmeye başladığı dönemlerde, özellikle medyada bu söylemin yerini alan dış geziler yapılmış, tansiyon yüksek tutulmamaya çalışılmış ve en önemli gelişme olarak tanımlayabileceğimiz Prof. Dr. Ahmet DAVUTOĞLU’nun Dışişleri Bakanı olarak atandığını belirtebiliriz. Bu bildiri, küresel ekonomik krize dönüşen finansal krizin sonuçlarını fırsata çevirmek için özellikle Ahmet DAVUTOĞLU’nun Dışişleri Bakanlığı’na getirilmesiyle yükselen ve genişleyen Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dış Politikası’nın, yeni uluslararası siyaset bağlamında nasıl şekillendiğini ortaya koyacak ve bu yeni uluslararası siyasette neden “sıfır sorun, sıfır problem” mantığı ile hareket edildiğine yönelik bir çözümlemede bulunacaktır.

Abstract
The economic crisis, which first emerged as a financial crisis, than turned into a global crisis caused important impacts and infractions on the line of the international policies of the states. As for in Turkey, during the climax of this crisis, some state visits were held to distract the interest of media from the crisis and the tension was tried to be kept as low as possible at that time. The most important development was certainly the appointment of Prof. Dr Ahmed Davutoglu as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs. This paper aims to make an overall look to the new foreign policy of Turkish Republic, aiming to change the negative results of the Finance crisis into chance, the new policy which accelerated and expanded by the appointment of Ahmed Davutoglu to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs position. The paper also makes an analysis on how this new policy has been shaped by the context of the new international politics, and how it is directed by the vision of “zero problem policy”
