Bu çalışmada Okul Müdürlerinin görüşlerine göre istenmeyen öğretmen davranışlarının neler olduğu araştırılmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yönteminde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılında Giresun ili Şebinkarahisar ilçesinde bulunan okul müdürlerinden oluşmaktadır. Gönüllü olarak görüşmeye katılan okul müdürlerine tek soru yöneltilmiş cevaplar bu soru etrafında genişletilerek alınmıştır. Cevaplar görüşme esnasında not edilmiş yazım hataları düzeltilerek verilen cevaplar tablo haline getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre okul müdürlerinin istenmeyen öğretmen davranışları konusunda verdikleri cevaplar, davranış örüntüleri, dışarıya karşı oluşturulan algı, mesleğe bağlılık ve görev bilinci, planlı programlı çalışma stili, iş birliği içinde davranma – sağlıklı iletişim ve yönetimsel görevler olmak üzere 6 kategori altında toplanmıştır. Okul yöneticilerinin istenmeyen öğretmen davranışları konusunda en çok ifade ettikleri davranışlar, “dersi planlama / derse hazırlıksız gitme, ders giriş çıkış saatlerine uymama, nöbete zamanında gelmeme, mesleğinde kendini geliştirememe, okul iklimini olumsuz etkileme, uygun olmayan kılık-kıyafet, görev bilincinin düşük olması, sorumluluk duygusunun olmaması ve empati kuramama şeklinde olmuştur. |

In this study, it was investigated what are the undesirable teacher behaviours according to the views of school principals. The research was designed in qualitative research method. Research data were collected by semi-structured interview method. The study group of the research consists of school principals in Şebinkarahisar district of Giresun province in the 2023-2024 academic year. School principals who voluntarily participated in the interview were asked a single question and the answers were taken by expanding around this question. The answers were noted during the interview, spelling mistakes were corrected and the answers given were tried to be tabulated. According to the results obtained from the research, the answers given by the school principals about undesirable teacher behaviours were grouped under 6 categories: behavioural patterns, perception created towards the outside, commitment to the profession and sense of duty, planned and programmed working style, acting in cooperation - healthy communication and administrative tasks. The most frequently expressed behaviours by school administrators in terms of undesirable teacher behaviours were as follows: "planning the lesson / going to the lesson unprepared, not obeying the class entrance and exit times, not coming on duty on time, not improving oneself in the profession, negatively affecting the school climate, inappropriate clothing, low sense of duty, lack of sense of responsibility and lack of empathy. |
